   Ashley, to back up your statement about the child stuff, it was actually brought out in the open after Michael Jackson's death that the family he had paid to not go to court or whatever, the father came forward stating that he told his child to say those things because he felt like a bad father when his child always wanted to go spend time at neverland. I read all about it. It was all about money and jealousy.

   The prosecution even got the defense witness to admit that Jackson was probably not an addict. If Michael was an addict, Murray was his dealer.
   
   And as for those still saying Michael was a child molester, WHERE IS YOUR PROOF? You have none. If the FBI, DCFS, prosecution in 2005 and many others could find zero proof, then I think it's a pretyt safe bet that it's because there was NO PROOF to be found. Because he was innocent.

   That Dr Murray was probably a good and caring cardiologist and a generous benificiary of the Texan community where he opened his second practice and provided 'pro bono' medical care, makes it all the more regrettable that his conviction on the grounds of gross negligence resulting in the death of MJ is inevitable. Even if the jury accepts the scenario presented by the defense's star witness Dr White that MJ self administered the lethal dose(s) of either Lorazepam and/or Propofol, there still remain the facts of not monitoring a patient under sedation, the absence of appropriate equipment and medication to be used in case of an urgent need for resuscitation, the complete absense of proper documentation, and last but not least Dr Murrays inexplicable reluctance to first call 911 and ask for medical help BEFORE informing Michael Emir that the guards should open the gate for the ambulance and come up to MJ's room to lend him assistance doing CPR.    For the DEFENSE to declare that Michael Jackson KILLED himself, then ask them WHY would Michael Jackson be going through all of that PREPARATION for the *This Is It* concert? He was doing it for his kids to see what their father did.. Murray's defense team is trying to pull a O.J. Simpson trick. In that case, How DID O.J's blood get to be all over the scene on Sunday, when his blood wasn't drawn until 2 or 3 days after/when he was booked/arrested? He was there at the scene on Sunday, and howcome the GLOVE that was on the scene, MATCHED the one found in Simpson's house, with the MURDERED victims blood on it? How much of the EVIDENCE will they claim could be FICTICIOUS. GUILTY is the ONLY verdict in this case, with a CORPSE to go with it..and the one that ADMINISTERED the drug, is still alive and kicking, while his patient/victim is DEAD and BURIED, and can't speak for himself.

   Murray should of NEVER left the room. How many calls did he make to WHOMEVER/GIRLFRIENDS on the phone? When does contacting GIRLFRIENDS while someone is being administered such a POWERFUL drug. put them into the INNOCENT catagory? Negligence was there, and there is a DEAD man to prove it...

    I believe Michael Jackson was a top entertainer. It is so sad that he remained ina whirlwind of problems . I always thought his problems were brought on by his childhood. Childhood problems manifest all of us in many different ways . Some of us until death. Some of those stay with a person no matter what you try to do to stop the thoughts.
    Michael Jackson had problems. I believe he was troubled beyond what people realize. I also believe what he did with his life is his doing . nobody elses. Do you for one minute think that if Michaels family told him how to live that he would pay attention? I think he would have simply said : "I know you care but it is my life." All the entertainers seem to klive that kind of life. Michael being extreme because of the abuse that that say took place. I think he never really felt he was a " beautiful " person because of his abuse.He constantly tried to change and make beautiful what already was in fact very beautiful. When a person
