Did Scotty McCreery deserve to win American Idol?

   Scotty won because he was voted each week ahead of them all. Not once was he in the bottom three. However, his voice is nothing to sing about. It's nice but not unique.
   I liked Haley, and James Durbin.

   scotty deserved to be the american idol. he has a natural talent and take note, he's a new artist. a lot more for him to learn in the business as he goes deeper, that makes him more one of the best singer.

   Lauren should have won ! No disrespect but with Scottie it was the same EVERY time. It got to where I had to laugh to keep from crying it was so boooring. His voice is very good and I did enjoy some of it but a WHOLE concert, WOW !!
   Lauren on the other hand was able to sing with Carrie EVEN with a sprained throat. Also, Lauren could cross over to other music ... Scottie,on the other hand ... forget about it !

   They are both good ! Scotty created no excitement IMHO. No doubt that he will have success. What he did he did well but nothing
   extra. He would have made any uptempo song boring. Alaina on the other hand had some flair with whatever song she was given
   and to me that's a singer.

   I Love James and Scotty I I think they both have a unique voice I was dissapointed when James got voted off but Scotty got it congrats Scotty

    Should have been James Durbin or Casey Abrams. However, I'm glad it was Scotty and not Lauren. I don't think any of the girls were that hot this year.
