The lyrics are clearly not the same, but how it has been sung and the music is a total rip off. Gaga is obssessed with Madonna but to rip of the style doesn't suggest Gaga has much talent. Gaga has ripped off other styles too. Very sad indeed. Madonna should sue!!

express urself is about a boy expressing himself to girl to get the girl and born this way is about loving who you are and you shuldnt be afraid of it the sound kinda resembles it al little bit but it is totally different im going with gaga little monster all the way
