Did Karen Klein's bullies receive a fair punishment?

Definitely NOT too harsh. I can't beleive anyone would think the consequences are too harsh. People with that level of disrepect--especially for an elderly women--need some serious repercussions. Clearly they never received needed discipline growing up or they would never dream of treating another person that way. This lady reminds me of my grandma-in-law. I cannot fathom why anyone would take joy out of ganging up on a person like that. Is anyone else worried about what the future will look like as today's kids become adults? Because schools are ridden with heartless punks like this.
