Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are totally hitting it once again. This is exciting news for the couple, which turns a combined 65 years old today (Nick is 36)! Woo!

Earlier this summer, they took some time apart. This prompted the tabloids to assume that a reconciliation between Nick and Jessica Simpson was imminent. Nada.

Let the excitement over New Moon truly get started!

The cast of this November 20 release kicked off its nationwide mall tour last week, as various stars will stop in various cities and answer questions from fans.

The beloved trio of Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner kicked things off on Friday, appearing in Los Angeles and putting to rest rumors that there was any tension among the group.

Stewart opened up more than usual during the press conference. Here are bits and pieces of what she told reporters and screaming fans in attendance:

Bella grows up: “What I really love about New Moon is that you see this girl build herself back up and by the time she makes this sort of rash decision to spend eternity with a vampire she’s in a position where you actually believe her... She grows up."

Edward and Bella break up: “That was the scariest thing. I was almost as worried about messing it up than I was about what I actually should have been thinking about which was the issues that Bella is dealing with. Reading it, it’s so iconic. There’s nothing like that moment in reality even. It’s not even like a normal breakup scene.

"I know what’s it like to get broken up with but I don’t know what it’s like to get broken up with by a vampire who I’ve now been physically and chemically altered by. Suddenly you take an addict, you take whatever they’re addicted to away from them and there’s withdrawal. So that was the most intimidating scene in the entire movie."

The Gossip Girl star recently opened up to Marie Claire magazine about how fashion, acting, growing up in L.A. and ... did we mention there are hot photos?

Below are some excerpts and pictures from interview with Marie Claire ...

On Gossip Girl fashion: "Living in New York, I feel stronger and more like a woman than ever before. In high school, it was like, what power do I have - I have long blonde hair, you know? But working as hard as I do, I feel a sense of power and respect, too.

I’ve learned an incredible amount about fashion on Gossip Girl. For me, clothes are a personal expression, and my style is as ever-changing as I am: I’m at a point when I am growing, maturing, developing, going through new things."

On her Southern values: "I grew up in L.A., but I was the only one in my family born there. I have a tight-knit Southern family, so whenever I tell people I’m from L.A., they say, 'Yeah but you don’t count.' I guess it's because of the Southern values I was raised with, and the way I eat - the more sugary and cheesy and fried, the better.

On acting: "As a character, I get to be this wild, outgoing person that I’m so not. It comes from being the youngest of five. I was always observing my siblings and hearing stories about their lives that turned out to to be helpful as an actress."

On her early school daze: "When I was 3, my mom enrolled me in first grade. My older brother was supposed to start school, but he didn’t want to go alone, so my mom told them I was 6 since I was so tall. But after a few weeks, they said they had to put me in mentally disabled classes because I wasn’t up to pace with the rest of the kids They thought that I was slow because all I wanted to do was sleep while the other kids were doing their projects. [laughs].”

Why does Cocktail have to play Ray J like this, yo?

In an interview with In Touch Weekly, the season one champion on For the Love of Ray J goes off on that show's star, accusing the amateur adult movie director of seeking attention over soulmates on his reality series.

Joanna “Cocktail” Hernandez also admits that Ray J broke her heart. Here are a few excerpts from the article:

On the end of their relationship: Things didn't feel right after the reunion. I tried to be his girlfriend, and then we went on tour and there were rumors that he was going to do season two. When I asked him about it, he said "no," but then I found out the truth. Ray did break my heart; this whole thing has been an emotional roller coaster.

Kissing a girl on camera? Ray J has been there, done that. He's just not accustomed to facing her while doing so.

Did Ray cheat on her with Whitney Houston? He didn't talk about Whitney at all, actually. I heard the rumors that he was messing around with her when we were together, but who knows whether that is true or not.

Does she still have love for Ray J? I care about him, and when I am around him, sometimes the feelings come back again. But I'm at a place now where talking about what really happened is allowing me to move on.

On season two of For the Love of Ray J: Ray doesn't have to go on a show to find love. It's about exposure and money.

Funny. "Exposure and Money" was actually Ray J's nickname for ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

Kurt Russell simply could not be happier about his smitten stepdaughter Kate Hudson's undying, passionate love for a rod. A rod named Alex Rodriguez.

“Of course, with Alex, since this summer and our getting to know him, I’m so happy for him,” Kurt said after the Yankees won the World Series last week.

Sounds like he's definitely put the stamp of approval on the relationship of Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez, which has been going on since the summer.

“He’s a terrific kid. He’s worked hard for a long, long time and now, all questions have been put to rest for everything and hopefully he will live a wonderful life and show us things in baseball that perhaps we’ve never seen,” Kurt adds.

Kurt and Kate's mom, his longtime partner Goldie Hawn, definitely think of Alex Rodriguez as family by now, and are standing behind him 100 percent.

“I think support is always a good thing from family, but Alex does what he does because he's good at it and because he’s worked hard at it,” explains Kurt.

Supermarket tabloids often invent cover stories and write ridiculous headlines in order to sell copies.

But we have no doubt the latest issue of Life & Style bucks this deceptive trend, as its lead story is 100% accurate:  Kourtney Kardashian clearly loves pregnancy.

Why wouldn't she? Prior to getting knocked up, Kourtney was scarcely on the celebrity gossip radar.

"It wasn't something I expected or planned," Kourtney lied about in the interview. "It was just meant to be according to our reality show script."

Kardashian is giving so many pointless interviews that she forgets what she says in each one.

A few days ago, she lamented her severe weight gain. But in this magazine, she said:

"I love being pregnant. I'm excited to be a mom... I'm totally excited to gain weight, and I'm embracing it. I run around naked all day at home! I like that my body is changing. It's a beautiful thing."

So, will she and baby daddy Scott Disick get married?

"I never had a plan. Now I have so much to think about for the baby. I'll worry about myself later."

It's true. Getting married and setting a good example for your child is incredibly selfish. Nice to see Kourtney has a firm grasp on the situation.

Joe Jackson recently said son Michael is worth more dead than alive.

He's apparently taken that statement to heart - and to court.

Despite the fact that his famously wealthy son probably did not leave him any money for a very good reason, Joe claims there was "no justification" for him to be excluded from getting some money from Michael Jackson's estate.

He's asking a judge to grant him a monthly allowance.

The 80-year-old Joe filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court late last week, claiming the patriarch is "entitled to his own independent family allowance."

Leonard Rowe, who claims to have been MJ's manager at one point, says Michael used to give his mother Katherine up to $60,000 a month to live on, and Michael instructed her to give half of it to Joe, who she is still technically married to.

If that's true, it doesn't explain why he deliberately left Katherine 40 percent of his estate, and guardianship of his children, while not mentioning Joe.

Joe claims Michael's estate "earned more than $100 million dollars in the first seven weeks following Michael Jackson's death" and can afford it.

Well, obviously it can afford it. But would Michael want to pay the man who abused him physically and mentally and was often estranged from?

Joe says he has $15,425 in total monthly expenses he wants covered. Michael's will executors, John McClain and John Branca, say the elder Jackson's request "will be considered as are all requests for money from Michael Jackson's Estate."

Maybe Joe just feels he's earned it by making death threats against other people seeking to get money from his obsecenly rich, deceased son.

The latest stop on Jon Gosselin's quest for positive PR inner peace: A hilariously staged photo shoot at a yoga studio at a Los Angeles hotel November 5.

The 32-year-old father of eight wants us to think he is putting his days of boozing, partying and skirt-chasing behind him in favor of other activities.

Yoga may help him "find balance in his life," says his instructor, Michelle Demus. "With all that has been going on in Jon's life, things are out of whack."

Instead of knocking back drinks and tapping Hailey Glassman, the embattled Jon "has got to let go of external distractions and tap into his spirituality."

Jon Gosselin is seeking physical and spiritual enlightenment. Yeah, right.

Maybe the kids will also get involved. Yoga "is a great way for kids to learn how to cope with pressure" they are likely facing during their parents' divorce battle.

Jon has a lot of work to do, though. According to experts, his body seems "closed off" and "holds a lot of tension." He and Hailey must really have broken up.

Taylor Swift hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend, hilariously going off on a number of celebrities in her musical monologue.

Strumming on her guitar, Swift started the show by taunting ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, who famously dumped her over the phone years ago. She sang:

"You might think I'd bring up Joe, that guy who broke up with me on my phone, but I'm not going to mention him. Hey Joe, I'm doing real well. Tonight I'm hosting SNL, but I'm not going to brag about that."

From former flames to current rumored boyfriends, Swift then referenced the "werewolf from Twilight" and said she also wouldn't mention Taylor Lautner - only to mouth "Hi, Taylor" and blow him an air kiss. Squeal!!!

Naturally, Kanye West was the next target, as Swift mocked the rapper for his interruption of her at the MTV Music Awards this summer.

"You might be expecting me to say something bad about Kanye," she sang. "But everything's okay. I've got security lining the stage!"
