Voluptuous Cuban actress and model Vida Guerra is making a late run for Twitter pic of the week. She also look like she's having a nice time in Miami.

A photo she recently posted is causing quite a stir on the social networking site, heating up the Trending Topics like Vida heats up a Florida beach.

Needless to say, there is some BOOTY on display in the photo, as Vida Guerra is lying face down with a big hat and a pretty much useless g-string.

There is no LeAnn Rimes sex tape. End of discussion.

"I hear there are rumors of a 'sex tape,'" the newly-married country singer Tweeted after reports surfaced of a tape featuring her getting her freak on.

"I have never filmed myself having sex on tape, period. Haven't joined that club LOL!" she said, putting that rumor to rest once and for all (probably).

The reports added fuel to what has been quite a month for the singer, who has also fended off attacks from weight critics over her thinner, leaner frame.

It's not cclear if the rumored LeAnn Rimes sex tape co-starred Dean Sheremet, Rimes' first husband, or Eddie Cibrian, with whom she cheated on Dean.

Not that it matters. The tape does not exist, people.

There's no defending Tracy Morgan's recent homophobic rant, in which he referred to gays who commit suicide as "pussies" and said he'd stab his son if he were to come out of the closet.

Tina Fey, who works with Morgan on 30 Rock and has known him for years, isn't trying to. She said the "violent imagery" of the diatribe was "disturbing" to her and Morgan clearly "went too far."

But the actress also stood up for her co-star in general, telling TMZ yesterday that Morgan isn't a bad person.

Morgan's hate-filled speech "doesn't line up with the Tracy Morgan I know, who is not a hateful man and is generally much too sleepy and self-centered to ever hurt another person," said Fey.

She added, referring to Morgan's follow-up statement: "I hope for his sake that Tracy's apology will be accepted as sincere by his gay and lesbian coworkers at 30 Rock, without whom Tracy would not have lines to say, clothes to wear, sets to stand on, scene partners to act with, or a printed-out paycheck from accounting to put in his pocket."

Caylee Anthony was murdered.

So stated Dr. Jan Garavaglia, a semi-famous coroner, who testified in court today during the Casey Anthony trial.

The defense has been arguing that the two-year old daughter of their defendant died of an accidental drowning, but there's "no other logical conclusion" aside from homicide, said Garavaglia, the Orange County chief medical examiner.

How can Garavaglia state this as a fact? She reached the conclusion based on the condition of Caylee's remains and other factors, including the discovery of duct tape around her skull.

Once again, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have donated a large chunk of change to a very good cause.

In this case, it's $500,000 to the Community Foundation of the Ozarks to assist the residents of Joplin, Missouri, whose town was destroyed by a tornado last month.

“With the devastating loss of thirty percent of the city, the Joplin community faces great challenges ahead. Having spent much of my childhood there, I know these people to be hardworking, humble and especially resilient,” said Pitt.

Added Jolie: “Our hearts go out to the families in Joplin who have lost so much.”

This isn't the first time this famous pairing has stepped up in the name of disaster relief. They gave $1 million to support rebuilding efforts in Haiti last year.

It turns out that Weston Cage's hospitalization following a brawl on an L.A. street this week was just the latest chapter in his parents' ugly legal battle.

Weston, 20, is the son of Nicolas Cage and Christina Fulton, who demanded last week that Cage cough up more information about Weston's condition.

Fulton filed a motion June 3 in L.A. Superior Court as part of a $13 million lawsuit alleging he mentally and emotionally abused her, then evicted her.

Christina claims he took Weston out from under her care at that time.

Fulton states that she cared for "medically challenged" Weston until he was 18 and that he "suffered from a number of mental, psychological, and physical ailments" that "required 'round the clock supervision and parental care."

Fulton also explained that she quit her acting career to care for her son before he was ultimately taken away from her by Nicolas Cage.
