Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton: It's All Good!
There comes a point in life where you just grow apart and you realize you're not as similar as you thought. - Kim Kardashian to Harper's Bazaar, regarding her friendship with Paris Hilton.
Fortunately, any ice between these two sex tape stars officially melted on Sunday night, as sources confirm the pair had a pleasant exchange at an Interscope Records Grammy party.
“Paris and Kim warmly embraced and genuinely seemed happy to see each other," a witness told Radar Online. "Kim wished Paris a happy birthday... Paris thanked her for the kind things she said about [her] in the Haper's Bazaar interview."
Kim and Paris were BFFs for years, of course, as the latter gave the former such vital tips as where to best place the camera when letting your boyfriend rail you for fame and money.
Since then, Kardashian has out Hilton-ed Hilton, taking a lack of talent to previously unimaginable, nauseating levels.
Tiger Woods Fined For Green-Spitting Incident
Tiger Woods has been living under a microscope ever since his Thanksgiving night car crash in 2009 brought his many salacious affairs to light.
Things haven't gone well for him on the golf course since, and last weekend in Dubai, his struggles went beyond a mediocre tie for 20th place.
The golfer spit on the 12th green after missing a par putt during Sunday's final round of the Dubai Desert Classic and incurred a fine. Watch:
"The Euro Tour is right – it was inconsiderate to spit like that and I know better. Just wasn't thinking and want to say I'm sorry," he Tweeted.
Infractions such as this bring charges between $400 and $16,000. Of course, Woods earned $3 million for merely showing up to play in Dubai.
Roseanne Barr Reality Show: Coming to Lifetime
Roseanne Barr, a washed-up comedian whose most relevant pop culture appearance in the last decade took place in a Snickers Super Bowl spot this year, will soon anchor a new Lifetime reality show.
The reasons why are unclear.
But the network has ordered 16 episodes of a series that will follow Roseann's life as the head of a macadamia and live stock farm in Hawaii. Longtime boyfriend Johnny Argent and son Jake will also appear.
“Roseanne Barr is an undeniable force of nature and the idea of following her in this unique premise excited us from the get-go, ” Lifetime president and general manager, Nancy Dubuc, said in a statement. “Roseanne is funny and brutally honest, and our audience will relate to her decision to go on this adventure and create an entirely new life for herself."
Are you excited for the return of Roseanne?
Karen Sjoden Arrested for Trespassing at Ellen's, Obsessed with Hillary Clinton and Dolph Lundgren
Karen Sjoden, a 49-year old who claimed she was working as a private investigator, was arrested early yesterday morning for trespassing on the property of Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.
Police say the woman was discovered hiding under cushions on the couple's deck at approximately 5 a.m., with a spokesman adding: "She was placed under private person's arrest and was transported and booked at BHPD for trespassing and prowling."
Bail has been set at $200,000.
Why such a high figure? Because Sjoden appears mentally unstable.
Authorities found a "rambling letter" on her person, one that referenced Hillary Clinton, Dolph Lundgren, Warren Buffet, telepathy and aliens.
Said Sjoden's daughter, Kayle, to Radar Online: "It doesn't surprise me about Ellen DeGeneres because she's mentioned people in her conspiracy theories before... no one took it seriously because she was never a harm to anybody. Now, it's obvious that she needs treatment for her mental issues."
Lady Gaga on 60 Minutes: The Fame Master
Lady Gaga sat down with Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes this week.
Among the many revelations in the program's nearly 15-minute feature on the singer, which aired just before Gaga's Grammy performance on CBS:
- She considers herself a student, and the master, of fame.
- She prefers to be called her real name, Stefani, in bed.
- She sees herself in her fans, who are "all superstars."
From her musings on the celebrity gossip game to her thoughts on fashion, family and music, Gaga comes across well in the interview, don't you think?
The Last Days of Michael Jackson: Scared, Sedated
It goes without saying at this point, but Michael Jackson did not go out on a high note in 2009. Stress, desperation and medication were all taking their toll.
The star was so worried he couldn't perform his 50 London concerts, he worried out loud that promoter AEG would cut him loose and he'd have nothing left.
To illustrate just how stressed out he was, he would wonder aloud if he, one of the richest entertainers in history, would end up working at McDonald's.
NOT OKAY: Michael Jackson was exhibiting all the warning signs.
Karen Faye, Michael's hairstylist for a quarter century, was interviewed by LAPD detectives days after MJ died, and described some of his innermost fears.
Faye told cops, "He was scared to death because AEG was funding everything. He said he would have to work at McDonalds if he didn't do these shows."
Faye also said she felt Michael was "self-sabotaging" with drugs because Jackson couldn't do all 50 shows and was in dire need of psychological help.
Others have speculated he was too weak to perform for years.
Adam Young to Taylor Swift: I Loved You!
This night is sparkling, don't you let it go. I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home.
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew. I was enchanted to meet you.
So sings Taylor Swift in "Enchanted," a single off the artist's latest album, "Speak Now." Asked about whom the song was written - considering Swift's penchant to reference boyfriends and crushes in her lyrics - Taylor told Yahoo! Music last year:
It's "about this guy that I met in New York City, and I had talked to him on email or something before... And meeting him, it was this overwhelming feeling of: I really hope that you're not in love with somebody."
In response to the song, Owl City singer Adam Young has finally realized: wait, that's me!!!
Will Taylor Swift and Adam Young ever make their love connection?
Young took to his bang's blog yesterday and replied to "Enchanted," addressing Swift directly:
"Everything about you is beautiful. You're an immensely charming girl with a wonderful heart and more grace and elegance than I know how to describe. You are a true princess from a dreamy fairy tale; a modern Cinderella. I'm terribly sorry it's taken me such a long time to reply but I figured Valentine's Day was the perfect time to write this note to you and simply say... I was enchanted to meet you too."
Spencer Pratt to Andy Cohen: You Jackhole!
Spencer Pratt is apparently livid with Bravo's Andy Cohen for his verbal tirade against Heidi Montag, who he wasn't exactly kind to over the weekend.
Cohen referred to Heidi as "trash" and said he'd rather stab himself than see her on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after she expressed interest.
"That trash is delusional and I would sooner stab ... knives into my eyes than see her on this network," he said, calling her the "Jackhole of the week."

Never one to miss an opening, Spencer was stunned by the hurtful comments about his wife, telling Radar Online, "Andy is clearly the Jackhole."
"You think you're special because you have your little talk show that's hurting in ratings doesn't give you special authority to bash a young girl."
"Maybe you have issues with women," added The Hills alum. "It's clear you you don't respect your talented housewives, always mocking them."
Lindsay Lohan Jewel Caper: Animated Reenactment!
The awesome Taiwanese news network that animates and reenacts various celebrity scandals (with modest creative liberties) has done so again.
The Lindsay Lohan necklace heist is the latest to get the animated treatment.
While this is not the network's best work (we've posted some classics after the jump), it does pretty much sum up where the case is at now ...
Follow the jump for the animated reenactment of Lindsay's last trip to the slammer, replete with soap dropping, and the Tiger Woods scandal:
The Bachelor Recap: Breaking All the Rules!
Last night on The Bachelor saw four women punch their tickets to hometown dates, while we wanted to punch Brad Womack for his inability to emote. At all.
In fairness, he did open up to Emily a bit, and it did take some inner strength to "break protocol" for the women ... but seriously, lighten up, Jake. Er, Brad.
How did last night play out? Who's going on hometown dates and saying the word hometown 47 times in the process? Here's THG's trademark +/- recap!
The first of three one-on-one dates went to Emily Maynard. It started slowly, but Brad did open up and tell her that she's getting a rose at the ceremony. Plus 10.
Give him credit for breaking that rule (no roses were to be doled out on dates). But Minus 6 for calling her daughter Rickie the biggest "thing" in her life. Thing?
Shawntel Newton just flies under the radar. Odd, since she's a mortician. There's just nothing about her to dislike ... or to make you think she has a chance. Even.
Back to his rule-breaking ways, Brad gives Britt the ax in mid-date, sending her off the yacht on a dinghy! Then she has to pack in front of the other girls! Plus 7.
Michelle: "I do NOT want to go on a date with you guys." Whack job. Minus 3.
