There's a 99% chance that one cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will NOT return for season two.

But sources don't identity this individual as Camille Grammer, with an insider telling E! News: "Camille is coming back; she just wants the public to feel sorry for her a little longer because of the whole Kelsey thing, so she's not announcing it yet."

Yup. That sounds about right.

So, who is almost definitely departing the Bravo series? Kim Richards.

"There is so much more going on than what was shown on TV," the source says of Kim's televised struggles. "There was a lot of tension building up over the years, [Kim and Kyle] have a complicated relationship."

The aunt of Paris Hilton is having major problems with drinking, this insider adds, concluding:

"It's a problem. She just won't show up to events or functions she is supposed to be at, and no one can get a hold of her. It's really affecting her relationships to those closest to her."

Frankie Muniz punched his girlfriend during a domestic argument Friday night, then put a gun to his own head, according to the alleged victim, Elycia Turnbow.

A police report filed in Phoenix, Ariz., last Friday, says the Malcolm in the Middle star was arguing with Turnbow in their home about their "prior relationships."

That's when Frankie "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide," Elycia says, although Frankie disputes the claim.

Elycia called one of Frankie's friends to take him to the hospital.

Frankie tells a different story, claiming Elycia was screaming and yelling when he "fell and hit his head." Muniz says that's why he went to the hospital. 

The actor and musician also denied putting a gun to his head, but did admit the following: "I grabbed the case, but not the gun ... it isn't even loaded."

Makes sense... except cops did find the gun and it was loaded.

In any case, it got worse from there after Muniz was released from the hospital a short time later, went home, and things exploded back at the house.

Justin Bieber continued his media blitz last night, promoting "Never Say Never" on Conan and Chelsea Lately.

During the former stop, Bieber touched on a number of subjects, ranging from his hair to his favorite candy to his impression of Barack Obama. Yes, Justin Bieber did an impression of President Obama. How can you not watch this clip?!?

Over on E!, meanwhile, Bieber talked to Handler about his Grammy loss to Esperanza Spalding ("I’m not gonna lie. People are expecting me to say something else, but I’m disappointed.") and Lady Gaga's unusual event entrance (“People say it’s artistic and stuff, and I’m, like, ‘You’re an egg.’”).

At the conclusion of last night's Two and a Half Men episode, the final installment filmed prior to Charlie Sheen's quasi trip to rehab, creator Chuck Lorre posted a message that ran in the show's credits.

Likely in response to the actor's hilarious threat that CBS better let him work or else he'll go back to boozing, Lorre made a reference to Sheen dying young. The on-screen card read:

UPDATE: In response, Sheen says: "Chuck, I will outlive you. I will piss you off... I miss you, man."

Three of the girls on The Bachelor posed for the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue last night. As we discussed in our Bachelor recap, this was both hot and awkward.

Ashley Hebert and Chantal O'Brien certainly looked the part of SI models, but when it came time for Michelle Money's turn, she unleashed her crazy side yet again.

The bad news? Her near-topless mounting of Brad Womack drove Chantal to tears and made viewers queasy. The good news? It ultimately ran her out of town.

Billy Ray Cyrus admits in the latest issue of GQ that he's concerned over the safety of daughter Miley, and for good reason: he says Satan has attacked his family.

Seriously. After telling the magazine "somewhere along this journey, both mine and Miley's faith has been shaken," Billy Ray is asked if he truly believes he and his children are "under attack by Satan." His response?

There's no doubt about it.

Lindsay Lohan is said to be scared of jail and desperate to reach a deal in her grand theft case that will allow her to steer clear of an orange jumpsuit.

While she may not have a choice, given the evidence and the fact that she's on probation, and has been accused of stealing before, there is still hope.

For one, all her lawyer has to do is convince a single juror that this was all a big misunderstanding, or convince a prosecutor, who could reduce the charge.

Prisons are crowded as is, and are generally regarded as a destination for hardened criminals, not chicks with mental issues who aren't public menaces.

While it's possible, given the severity of the charge, that she will lose and the judge will throw the book at her, here's how she could beat the rap:

• She could strike a plea deal in which she only gets felony probation with no jail time as long as she stays out of trouble for three years.
• Her lawyer convinces prosecutors that what Lohan ganked is worth under $1,000, making this a misdemeanor with lighter punishment.
• The actress wins at trial by convincing jurors to buy her BS excuses, that she didn't intend to steal, the D.A. was out to get her, etc.

It's been years, but WWE viewers got a chance to smell what The Rock was cooking on last night's edition of Monday Night Raw, as Dwayne Johnson reprised the persona that made him a movie star and made a major announcement:

He'll be hosting WrestleMania XXVII in Miami.
