Thanks to the help of Ryan Seacrest, on whose radio show Black appeared last Friday, the 13-year old singer has been signed by music manager Debra Baum to her label, DB Entertainment.

Move over screaming teenage girls. Uma Thurman is shoving her way into the Robert Pattinson fan club.

The actress, who stars opposite the Twilight Saga hunk in this year's Bel Ami, told MTV about the star: "He's extremely dashing, like an old-world movie star.. he's incredibly concrete in his presence... and is obviously very handsome."

Casey Abrams saw his life flash before his eyes last night. His American Idol life, that is.

The bearded singer was surprisingly voted out by fans, following a lackluster Motown cover on Wednesday. Like the finalists before him, Casey was then given the chance to sing one more time in front of the judges in order to convince them to use their one-time "save" and keep him around.
