Over the past few weeks, Kourtney has told anyone with a microphone that...

Now, in truly breaking news, Kardashian says she might not move into Los Angeles, after all.

"I've been thinking, Do I really want to move [to a city]?" Kourtney told Marc Malkin of E! News. "It's so nice out here, even just going on walks. It just seems like a nice place to raise kids."

It's a nice place to exploit their impending birth, that's for sure.

In another shocking revelation, Kardashian said she has mood swings, but at least sister Khloe is there to offer truly unique advice.

"Sometimes now I'll just snap," Kourtney said, revealing Khloe's words of wisdom: Pose naked and makes lots of money off this opportunity!

No, wait, it was this: Pick your battles.

In light of Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes taking their relationship public last week, his estranged wife Brandi Glanville - who maintained her silence and stood by him for months - is now commenting to People left and right.

Brandi recalls when she and Cibrian went on double dates with LeAnn Rimes and her husband, Dean Sheremet, in Canada during the filming of Lifetime's Northern Lights, and even then she noticed a little flirting between the costars.

"We went to play pool, went for sushi, dancing," Brandi Glanville said, adding that while she's gotten used to women fawning over her handsome husband through the years, "this was different. It was a little more reciprocated."

At the same time, Glanville noticed how affectionate LeAnn was with Dean Sheremet: "They were very touchy-feely," she says. "They seemed happy. [But] I felt like it was almost like 'I love my husband. I'm not after your husband.'"

Eddie Cibrian, Brandi Glanville

Eddie Cibrian married Brandi Glanville in 2002. They have two kids.

After reports of Eddie Cibrian's affair with Rimes surfaced in March, he and Glanville sought counseling to try to salvage their marriage, and she stood by him.

But it was not to be.

"We were in therapy, but he never stopped talking to [LeAnn Rimes] so how could that have worked?" asks Glanville, clearly far from thrilled with Rimes, and who says she recently left her husband and plans to file for divorce.

Glanville says she's been "trying to get a hold of" Sheremet.

"I feel bad for Dean," Brandi says. "It's a horrible situation for him. I don't think he's ready to have a conversation about not being with her."

Eddie and LeAnn went public last week with a golf outing.

While Jon Gosselin has become the most eligible bachelor around since his split from Kate Gosselin, the latter says she is not ready for romance.

"I am not yet divorced officially," she told Larry King on CNN's Larry King Live Tuesday when asked if she feels single. "I'm lonely, but very busy."

Asked if Jon is a good father, Kate paused a long time before saying: "Yes?"

Very convincing.

Pressed about why she paused, Kate elaborated that she knows Jon is a good father deep down, even if she disagrees with "some of his decisions."

Those would be Hailey Glassman, Kate Major, Stephanie Santoro, etc., etc.

Addressing how the couple's children are handling the split, Kate Gosselin said: "They are starting to understand the process [of divorce]. They are working through it the same way that Jon and I are. They're doing remarkably well."

Gosselin says that like any kids whose parents split, her children wish she and Jon were together, but for now, "My goal is peace and we've achieved that."

Still, Gosselin acknowledged that their life isn't always peaceful. She explained a recent encounter that resulted in the police being called to their home.

"It was not this huge fight," she said. "It was just a thing where I wanted to be there with the kids as opposed to a babysitter. He wasn't fond of that idea."

The babysitter in question? Stephanie Santoro, Jon's rumored play thing.

As for whether the show goes on, Kate would not speak for Jon, who would like to be done filming, but said she plans to keep shooting Jon and Kate Plus 8.

"Myself and the kids will continue the show," she said. "I signed my name to a contract and I am going to do my best to make that work as long as it is healthy for myself and the kids. There could be [another season] or there could not be."

How can a day on set with Robert Pattinson be anything but pleasant? When one is shooting such emotionally draining material that it tears one up inside.

Indeed, in an interview with MTV this week, Kristen Stewart opens up about the difficulty of filming New Moon, referring to it was "the one book in the series that I was intimidated by — in a good way."

"That's the best feeling to start a movie with," she said. "But probably, my favorite line in the book is when I have to say to [Jacob], "It's him; it's always been him!" Like, I have to say that. Yeah, it killed me, it killed me."

Stewart continued, trying to explain her feelings:

"Just like everything in our movie, it's such a heightened version of reality. It's like, people don't just break up [in the "Twilight" films] — they break up and it literally kills you."

Taylor Lautner also chimed in, dubbing New Moon as "very complicated."

"There's a lot of heartbreak, there's a lot of things going on. Edward leaves at the beginning, she goes into this depression, I come to try and bring her out of it. Then, I go through my own issues, and then she leaves me. It's all over the place."

Fans will gain a greater understanding when the film opens on November 20. For now, click on the following images from it:

U.S. Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy passed away last night. He was 77.

He died at his home in Hyannis Port on Cape Cod, Mass., his family said in a statement. Kennedy was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor was diagnosed in May 2008.

“We’ve lost the irreplaceable center of our family,” the family said in the statement. “He loved this country and devoted his life to serving it.”

The Massachusetts Democrat's life was marked by triumph and tragedy, and for his evolvution from a dubious choice for high office nearly 50 years ago into one of the most influential political figures in U.S. history.

The trajectory of his public life had many dramatic swings, spanning the civil rights movement in the U.S. to the election of the first black president.

He gained entry into the U.S. Senate only after a seat opened up when brother John was elected president. Elected to his own term in 1962, he never left.

Edward M. Kennedy (1932-2009).

Barack Obama, when running for president, called him a “lion of the Senate” when he received his endorsement. The President said in a statement that he and wife Michelle Obama were “heartbroken” to learn of Kennedy’s death.

“An important chapter in our history has come to an end,” Obama said from Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, where he is appropriately vacationing this week.

“Our country has lost a great leader, who picked up the torch of his fallen brothers and became the greatest United States Senator of our time.”

Chris Brown was formally sentenced in Los Angeles today after accepting a plea deal to felony assault for beating the crap out of Rihanna in February.

His lawyer, Mark Geragos, named the community service program in Virginia in which Brown will be enrolling in a 52-week domestic violence program.

Brown was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community labor. Here are the terms of Chris' probation, as stipulated by the judge:

  • He is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next 60 months years. He can't own any dangerous weapon, including guns or knives. He must surrender any firearms in his possession within 24 hours.
  • Brown must personally come to court every three months during probation. The first appearance will be November 19.
  • Chris must report by phone every 72 hours as requested.
  • He must provide DNA samples as requested by authorities.
  • Chris must perform 180 days of community labor.
  • He must get approval before leaving the U.S.
  • Brown is ordered not to "harass, assault, threaten or molest" Rihanna. He can't have any contact, even on the phone or through a third person.

Chris Brown will not do time, but his probation terms are no joke.

Regarding the last item, Judge Patricia Schnegg said during the sentencing, "I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves" - almost certainly a reference to reports that Brown and Rihanna are still talking or have even hooked up.

The judge says she means business and will consider it a probation violation and enforce the appropriate consequences if he does not abide by that order.

Do you think Chris Brown's sentence is fair?

Aubrey O'Day appears to have woken up this week and realized that she hadn't made headlines in months.

As a result, she mumbled a nonsensical critique of Heidi Montag's Playboy pics.

Then, in her ever-lasting attempt to fake lesbianism in order to draw attention to herself, O'Day told Curve Magazine that she and Samantha Ronson would be "perfect together."

Yes, Samantha Ronson.

"Every time I see her, I want to go over and talk to her, but it's like she's going to be like, 'You're that girl that tried to say you're gay everywhere,' and I'm like, 'No, I promise — get to know me. We'd be perfect together,'" Aubrey said.

Aubrey O'Day would love to break herself off a piece of this... so she claims.

Of course, Ronson and Lindsay Lohan have had quite the contentious relationship.

But O'Day says this would never happen if she dated Samantha because Aubrey doesn't crave celebrity gossip headlines. (We were almost able to write that with a straight face.)

"It was just, like, on every cover, on every tabloid. Their relationship has been her job for the past year... You just can't live up to that entire Disneyland circus that went on in your relationship," O'Day said.

So well said, Aubrey. In unrelated, non-attention grabbing news, check out O'Day's half-naked, all oiled up Twitter pics!

Juelz Santana, a rapper who's collaborated with Chris Brown, Sean Kingston and Cam'ron, among others, was arrested at his home in New Jersey this morning.

A woman told cops he threatened to kill her. Sounds like he and Ryan Jenkins could've been good friends. Teaneck, N.J., police showed up after she called 911.

The woman's relationship to Santana is unclear.

According to law enforcement sources, she did not need medical assistance, however she told police the threat was made in front of a child. Always a classy move.

The rapper was arrested with bail set at $300.

FAMILY JUELZ: What an upstanding citizen.

A rep for Santana said of the incident: "He has problems with the people in his complex, they hate on him because he is a rapper with big cars." Tell us about it.

The rep also said the woman he allegedly threatened is his "son's mother."

No joke.

She may be lonely, pathetic and miserable (at least according to certain celebrity gossip tabloids who must have a personal vendetta against her), but Jennifer Aniston sure looks gorgeous in the new September issue of Elle magazine.

Honestly, why should we feel sorry for her again?

Oh, right, because she got divorced from Brad Pitt like four years ago and has had a few bad breakups since then, and this is completely unique to her.

Somehow, we think she'll live ...

40 and Beautiful

Someday, Jen will find Mr. Right. Even if she only dates famous guys to keep her profile high, as some nasty magazines say. We really don't know whether she is actually a pathetic, lonely person or if this just became her tabloid persona.

In any case, she's really nothing short of great looking at age 40.
