Mel Gibson is considering suing screenwriter Joe Eszterhas for secretly recording him at his home in Costa Rica, then releasing the audio, according to TMZ.

The actor believes he has a "basic human right" NOT to be secretly recorded in his own home, which is a fair argument ... but did Eszterhas break the law?

Sad news today out of Australia: Greg Ham, a member of the band Men at Work, was found dead in his Melbourne home. He was 58.

"There are a number of unexplained aspects to [the death] which has caused our attendance here today, and we’re assisting the local detectives to determine what has occurred,” Detective Senior Sergeant Shane O’Connell told reporters, adding that two friends found Ham's body.
