What do you want from Astro, people? He's from Brooklyn!

Following last week's controversial results show reaction - which was either staged by producers or simply a consequence of Astro's age/attitude - this young rapper spent his introductory video last night giving thanks to his supporters. He then kicked off his cover of "Show Me What You Got" with a reference to his hometown.

Do you believe in Rachel Crow?

This young X Factor finalist did all she could last night to earn votes and praise from the judges, covering a Yolanda Adams single with the same pluck and fire she brings each week to the competition. At least we think that's what happened. It was a bit difficult to actually see Rachel on stage, what with all the backup dancers and confetti flying around. This may have been an overly staged performance.

If Britney Spears is feeling like she's being pushed out of the spotlight by younger, more talented artists, you wouldn't know it. In fact, she's quick to praise them.

Melanie Amaro accomplished the impossible on The X Factor last night: she forced L.A. Reid to offer up words of encouragement.

This judge is so focused on being negative and on creating some kind of feud with the other mentors that he even admitted at one point this week that he goes into each performing looking for faults. But what am I supposed to say? he asked Melanie after she covered R. Kelly's "The World's Greatest." I cannot criticize it.

A new tabloid report describes Kris Humphries as the Husband from Hell. But that's nothing compared to how this basketball player will be come across on season two of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, sources say.

The former Mr. Kim Kardashian is allegedly contemplating a $10 million lawsuit against his ex-in-laws because "his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York is bigger than he was told," an insider tells Life & Style. "Kris is also suing because he's really worried about how badly he's going to be portrayed on the series."
