There's only one thing movie studios love more than a certified hit: churning out a a sequel to that certified hit.

Sometimes, this is a great idea (The Godfather 2). Other times? Not so much (any non-original Pirates of the Caribbean). But it's not a trend Hollywood will cease any time soon, as evidenced by an abundance of recent movie news. To wit:

Is there another Jackie Evancho out there? That's what America's Got Talent was hoping for last night, as it gave us a special performance show based on YouTube submissions...

TNC Elite - The choice of a slowed down version of "I Got a Feeling" was weird. I hated the costumes and the fact that there were unnecessary backup dancers. Like normal clogging teams, they were sharp in synchronization, formations, or timing. The solo section without music was the best part, but it defeated the reason for them using contemporary music. My Grade: C

Samantha Ronson has been officially charged with two misdemeanors after her DUI joyride the other morning en route home to L.A. from Las Vegas.

The San Bernardino County D.A. hit Samantha with two charges - driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08.

Deservedly or not, Chris Brown continues to bear the brunt of media scrutiny over an event that took place almost 2.5 years ago now. Case in point:
