Seriously, watch Amy Winehouse butcher "Tears Dry On Their Own" and "Me and Mr. Jones" and you'll see that "bad" doesn't even begin to cover it.

We had already reported that Kim Kardashian will grace the pages of Playboy. But now we know when this busty pictorial will take place: December.

A Playboy source told Us Weekly that Kardashian's shoot reveals more than originally planned. Though her body is mostly draped in sheets and jewelry, the insider reported that Kim "will show one boob, and her bare butt."

In other words: far less than we saw during the Ray J sex tape.

The socialite with huge boobs and ass very likely to be backed up will star in a 12-page pictorial that "will be one of the longest spreads Hef has done in a long time," said the celebrity gossip source.

We won't see a fully naked Kim Kardashian in Playboy?!? Fortunately, Kimberly Bell will make up for that by baring it all.

We're not the sharpest tools in the shed over here at The Hollywood Gossip, but even our fresh-faced, naive interns would be smart enough to know not to take a picture of O.J. Simpson with their cell phones.

If they worked in a courtroom, that is. Here, it would be cool.

Apparently, one courtroom employee is in hot water for just that - whipping out a phone and snapping an unauthorized OJ Simpson pic. TMZ obtained a letter written to the Juice, sent in care of his lawyers, apologizing for their actions, or as the court termed it, the actions of one of its "contract employees."

In the letter sent Thursday, the Executive Office of the Clark County Courts says a court reporter took a cell phone picture of Simpson as he left a court hearing this week, where he was arraigned on kidnapping charges and other really bad stuff.

The Clark County Court executive called the court employee's behavior "abhorrent" and told O.J. Simpson and his attorneys that it "would not be tolerated."

The letter says that the issue has been "addressed" with the employee, and the picture of OJ deleted. Unemployment benefits are good in Nevada, we hear.

We all love celebrity photos, and making a mockery of this disgrace, but come on man. Like you can't find O.J. Simpson mug shots plastered all over creation.

Actress Mary-Louise Parker was photographed on Thursday holding the latest accessory to sweep Hollywood - an adopted daughter from Africa! Adorable!

The lovely duo were attached at the hip, as Mary-Louise-Parker chatted on her cell phone after taking the little one to her new doctor in New York.

The beautiful and hilarious star of Weeds, Mary-Louise already has a 3-year-old son, Will from a previous relationship with actor Billy Crudup.

So we know she'll be able to handle the single parent duties!

Thought you'd heard the last of Brooklyn Decker, did you? Well, the purported play thing of tennis star Andy Roddick goes toe-to-toe with Sports Illustrated columnist and football predicting guru, Paul Zimmerman, a.k.a. Dr. Z, in his weekly feature "The Model vs. The Man: She Says Z Says."

The gist: They talk some football, Brooklyn Decker looks beautiful, and we wonder when Sports Illustrated started resorting to gimmicks like this.

Nevertheless, Brooklyn Decker is a hottie. Good to see Roddick, who is now 1-14 against Roger Federer, at least won something at this year's U.S. Open.

Don't mess with Texas... conservatism!

In Houston, Comcast Cable has pulled the 30-second spots sponsored by PETA that showcase a nude Alicia Silverstone espousing the virtues of vegetarianism.

Which, apparently, include not wearing clothes.

In the commercial, the actress steps out of a swimming pool, shows off her naked body... and shares the benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle.

Seems like a cheap way for PETA to spread its often over-the-top message, but The Hollywood Gossip staff is always against censorship. Unless we're talking about Britney Spears crotch shots. Her children could be reading this.

Anyway. A spokesperson for the cable company cited nudity in their decision to cancel the campaign, though the clips had already been paid for.

But, don't worry, Houston residents: you can still see the ads at PETA.org, says PETA president Ingrid Newkirk.

"[Viewers can] get an eyeful, not only of the stunning Ms. Silverstone, but also of our free Vegetarian Starter Kit â€" chock full of delicious recipes â€" that will make them drool for an entirely different reason," she said.

Michael Vick killed dogs. Now the canines are fighting back.

Well, in a manner of speaking. TMZ obtained the court documents filed today by representatives of 11 animal rights groups who want the four-legged Vick-tims to have a say in the sentencing of the star quarterback. Woof! Woof!

They may be barking up the wrong tree, but attorneys filed a brief on behalf of the many dogs "which were brutally slaughtered by Michael Vick and cohorts."

The brief, which outlines the horrifying abuse pups endured while involved in dog fighting, requests that the proceeds of any fines paid by Michael Vick go to provide care and rehabilitation for the surviving canine victims.

It also asks that any fines paid by Vick go toward establishing a no-kill shelter or sanctuary to care for abused dogs, and to fund an awareness program designed to educate the public on the "abhorrent nature of dogfighting."

The dogs also ask that Michael Vick be sentenced to nearly six years in jail.

Lastly, the dogs demanded that the Yorkie puppy Britney Spears got earlier this summer be freed ASAP, and added that they hope O.J. Simpson rots in hell.

With no sex tape partner in sight, Kim Kardashian is forced to capture herself on film. But shouldn't the socialite point that camera downward a bit in order to shoot her best feature?

Disappointed with the behavior of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Lauren Conrad says she almost bailed on The Hills before the current season.

"I actually came dangerously close to not doing season three, because I really didn't want to do the show with Heidi and Spencer," the cutie tells Seventeen.

"I'm not who they are. I don't stage my own publicity. I just kind of live my life and do my job, and I don't want to be grouped with them."

Lauren Conrad, 21, says MTV argued that all the characters needed to return for the show to work.

"The network said Heidi and Spencer were always a part of the show, and they can't all of a sudden make main characters disappear," Lauren Conrad said. "And so we continue to follow their lives, and the producers keep letting Heidi and Spencer think there's some hope [we'll make up]."

Speaking to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show recently, Lauren Conrad said Heidi Montag is not the same person she used to know.

In the Seventeen interview, The Hills star reflects on her broken friendship, and puts much of the blame on the reckless pursuit of fame.

"Some people are willing to betray years of friendship just to get a little bit of the spotlight," Conrad says. "They just want to become famous so badly, and that's never really made sense to me. I mean, it's fun to go out and do stuff in Hollywood, but if it was gone tomorrow, I really wouldn't be disappointed."

The former friends fell out after Lauren accused Heidi and Spencer of spreading a rumor about a sex video involving Conrad and her ex, Jason Wahler.

The Lauren Conrad sex tape never existed, she maintains.

On a lighter note, Conrad also reveals to Seventeen a little bit about her dating habits: "I don't kiss on the first date," she says. "My friends always make fun of me for that! But I will hold hands." Aww.
