She may be lonely, pathetic and miserable (at least according to certain celebrity gossip tabloids who must have a personal vendetta against her), but Jennifer Aniston sure looks gorgeous in the new September issue of Elle magazine.

Honestly, why should we feel sorry for her again?

Oh, right, because she got divorced from Brad Pitt like four years ago and has had a few bad breakups since then, and this is completely unique to her.

Somehow, we think she'll live ...

40 and Beautiful

Someday, Jen will find Mr. Right. Even if she only dates famous guys to keep her profile high, as some nasty magazines say. We really don't know whether she is actually a pathetic, lonely person or if this just became her tabloid persona.

In any case, she's really nothing short of great looking at age 40.

We know, we know: Taylor Lautner is neck and neck with Robert Pattinson in our poll asking which Twilight Saga star is more desirable.

So how could anyone, let alone some random actor named Alex Meraz, compete?!?

Because the 24-year old, who appears in New Moon as the werewolf Paul, is playing the six-pack card. Pattinson may have a lot going for him, but a chiseled physique is not among his to top attributes.

Compare the dueling New Moon hunks above and then answer a very simple question:

Who is hotter?

Amy Winehouse is suing Blake Fielder-Civil's mom, Georgette. Man. Just imagine the awkward silences at holidays once they get back together, which you know they will. Like Chuck and Blair on Gossip Girl, Amy and Blake are inevitable.

And likely under the influence of drugs at all times.

As the songstress reportedly pines for her ex-husband, her relationship with her former mother-in-law, always strained at best, hasn't exactly thawed.

An $80,000 lawsuit Wino filed against Georgette Fielder-Civil for selling one of her love notes to Blake to a tabloid newspaper likely won't help matters.

The grounds for said lawsuit? Copyright infringement. A source close to the star says: “Amy was furious the private letter was used to make money.”

Hopefully the trauma will help Amy Winehouse write some decent songs for the much-anticipated new album which she is totally not working on.

A. Wino Pic

As for Blake Fielder-Civil, does Amy really want to make it work?

After her surprisingly lucid appearance at the V Festival in England, A-Dubs told the UK Daily Mirror that she and Blake can still "make" their broken romance work even though Blake is having a love child with rehab fling Gilleen Morris.

News of Amy and Blake's reunion emerged last week after it was revealed she has been in contact over Facebook with the junkie, ostensibly as her cat.

Don't even ask.

Blake Fielder-Civil later said Amy called him at his rehab facility begging to fix their shattered relationship. Cross your fingers, people. Cross them hard.

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler have fallen off the peaceful bandwagon.

The contentious couple had gone all summer without going off on one another in public. But, like any good bender, Barker has now broken that truce in a extreme fashion.

Last night, as he dropped off son Landon and daughter Alabama at Moakler's home in Rhode Island, the Blink 182 demanded that his nanny remain with the children. Moakler refused the request.

Barker flipped out, began to scream, and police were called to the scene.

"When Travis refused to go, Shanna called the police," an anonymous source told Life & Style. "They gave Travis a choice: Leave or get arrested. So he left. But he wasn't happy. He's already Twittered about Shanna."

He sure did! Here's what Barker wrote about his ex-wife:

My babies [sic] mama is a pile of sh*t.

Snaps. Yo. Expect Moakler to respond on MySpace in 3... 2... 1...

He's living it up as America's most eligible bachelor, but Jon Gosselin says he would rather punch the ol' clock instead of appearing on a reality show.

"I wish I had a 9-to-5 job instead of the nightmare I'm living. This is 24/7," he said yesterday, outside the $1.1 million mansion that TLC built.

"I don't even want to do taping for the show anymore."

If TLC has its way, he may get his wish fairly soon.

For now, at least, poor Jon Gosselin is stuck filming Jon and Kate Plus 8 and making promotional appearances to make as much money as possible.

"I have two houses and eight children to take care of and I need to work," he said, expecting us to feel sorry for his $75,000-per-episode salary.

He's also got to drop coin on Hailey Glassman and various other mediocre girls, don't forget. That amount just doesn't stretch as far as it used to.

Jon Gosselin wishes he could be a regular working stiff.

He's rumored to be in talks to star in his own reality show, but that's neither here nor there. Just feel sorry for him right now, dammit! He works so hard!

Later that day, Gosselin taped Jon & Kate Plus 8 with the kids at the Lower Heidelberg Fire Company in Berks County, Pa. The family threw a fund raising lemonade stand. Gosselin "smiled and posed with local young women."

Heh heh.

In an apparent dig at celeb gossip reporters following him, he wore a t-shirt with the words "Lies, Lies, Lies." What is he trying to say, we wonder ...

Jon also wore his trademark douchebag earing and sunglasses.

82 minutes. That's how much time passed before anyone called 911 after Dr. Conrad Murray discovered that Michael Jackson stopped breathing June 25.

After treating Jackson all night for insomnia with powerful drugs, the pop star's personal physician noticed the singer unresponsive around 11 a.m.

No one called for assistance for nearly an hour and a half.

This and other suspicious behavior is outlined Monday by the LAPD in an unsealed search warrant in what has been ruled a homicide investigation.

Detectives are still determining whether the singer died because of a single doctor or the "grossly negligent treatment of several doctors" over time. But the actions of Dr. Conrad Murray that morning are certainly a focal point.

Murray told police he administered what would be the singer's final dose of Propofol, a hospital-strength anesthetic, around 10:40 a.m. He said he left Jackson's side for two minutes to use the restroom, returning to find him not breathing.

Murray's cell phone records show he made three separate calls totaling 47 minutes beginning at 11:18 a.m., something he did not reveal to investigators.

This suggests Murray was either not paying full attention to Jackson, or was frantically making calls after the discovery that the star had ceased breathing.

An MJ Pic

Murray's attorney, Ed Chernoff, said in a statement that while much of the information contained in the affidavit is factual, "much is police theory."

The lawyer disputes the timeline reported by law enforcement, saying it is merely "implied" and Murray "never said he found Jackson at 11:00 a.m."

But the detective's report also alleges Murray never told paramedics or ER staff about Propofol – lethal amounts of which were found inside Jackson.

Murray said only that he had given the sedative Lorazepam and an antidote. Police say he would not sign the death certificate at UCLA Medical Center.

He could not be reached for nearly a day after. There is no traceable record of any Propofol purchases under Dr. Conrad Murray's medical license.

Moreover, a search of Michael Jackson's home after his death turned up a variety of sedatives and other prescription drugs in multiple vials and bottles – none of which were labeled as prescribed to any patient by a physician.

Among the burning questions:

  • Has Dr. Murray really come clean with the LAPD?
  • Will (and should) a manslaughter charge be filed against him?
  • Why didn't he call 911 the second Jackson was unresponsive?
  • Why was he on the phone for 47 minutes during that window?
  • Why did he refuse to pronounce Jackson dead at his house, or at UCLA, and then disappear for a day after the singer passed away?

The biggest question of all: whether Murray is just a fall guy in all of this. Is Michael Jackson responsible for his own death?

Considering the Megan Fox nude photos that have surfaced online, it's clear this actress is going to hell.

At least that's what her religion taught her to believe.

Megan Kiss

"I was raised Pentecostal, which is one of the most extreme denominations of Christianity that exists. Everything is evil and wrong and will send you to hell," Fox said in a recent interview.

These sins certainly include anything at all related to nudity and sex.

"I had lots of talks about how sex was evil, sex was bad," she said. "I don't ever feel sexy in small clothes. I always feel really insecure."

It's safe to say that Fox has done her best to overcome these fears, often posing in skin-baring outfits. Men everywhere are happy to help the star grow more and more secure.

As for her role in the upcoming movie Jennifer's Body, Fox says the portrayal of a man-eating teenager that gets possessed by a sex-crazed spirit has been cathartic.

"I get to exercise my demons through her. She has really deep, unfriendly insecurities which I can relate to."

It was possibly one of the worst live efforts in music history.

But in the mind of Heidi Pratt, performing at Miss Universe ranks as high as her various weddings to Spencer, getting her fake boobs, nose, hair and lips, joining the cast of MTV's The Hills and other life highlights. She wrote on Twitter:

"Last night was one of the best nights of my life!!!! I had so much fun!" Heidi wrote on Twitter Monday morning. "My first performance. Thank you God!"

Heidi also Tweeted to Perez Hilton: "It only goes up from here!"

It certainly can't go down. Heidi's attempt to channel Britney Spears circa 2000 MTV VMAs could not have been more rough. Think bad lip-synching and bad dance moves - so bad that NBC edited her "song" down to two minutes.

"I grew up watching Britney Spears," Heidi Montag admits. "That's someone I inspire to be, you know, like, career wise. I think the world is ready for the next pop star and I'm ready to be the next pop galaxy, so here we go."

No, no we don't.

Please, Heidi and Spencer. We begrudgingly admire your enterprising nature, but just stick to what you do best - being attention whores, staging fake weddings, sucking copious amounts of face and spreading fake sex tape rumors about LC.

Thank you God is right ... that it's over.

Jasmine Fiore, the model who was murdered this month (very possibly by husband Ryan Jenkins) was known for her looks, but was really just a small-town girl with a big heart, according to those who knew the Californian best.

But her dreams of stepping away from the modeling spotlight and working in real estate and as a personal trainer in a small town ended tragically after her remains were found stuffed in a suitcase in a trash bin in Buena Park, Calif.

Her husband, Ryan Jenkins, was charged with her murder on August 20 and killed himself Sunday in a motel in British Columbia, having bolted the U.S.

Police are still investigating Fiore's death and who may have aided Jenkins (his former fiance Paulina Chmielecka is now believed not to be involved).

But before photo shoots and Playboy appearances, Jasmine Fiore grew up in Bonny Doon, Calif., riding horses and bagging groceries at a local market.

"People would always say how kind and friendly she was," friend Gwendolyn Beauregard said. "She had a quality a lot of people don't have ... a sincerity."

Others remember Jasmine Fiore as the tomboy in school with wild, blonde hair in a ponytail who liked to rub charcoal under her eyes and play football.

  • Jasmine Fiore (Playboy Model)
  • Ryan Alexander Jenkins Photo

Raised by a single mother, Jasmine Fiore decided to leave her hometown – where she enjoyed sailing boats and riding motorcycles – for a modeling career.

She went on to book jobs in Las Vegas, modeling for restaurant ads and worked as a swimsuit model. It was at a Hawaiian Tropic party just this March that she met Ryan Jenkins, 32, who had been a contestant on two VH1 reality shows.

(Both Megan Wants a Millionaire and I Love Money 3 have been axed by VH1 in light of Jenkins allegedly killing Fiore and then taking his own life).

The two soon wed, forming a five-month union that friends say was volatile. Fiore told her mom she had married Ryan Jenkins, a Canadian citizen with a history of domestic violence, so that he could obtain a green card.

Fiore's mother, Lisa Lepore, says Jenkins was attracted to the rewards of Jasmine's hard work: "He was desperate to glom onto her because everything my daughter had was for real: She earned her car, she earned her penthouse apartment."

Fiore had doubts about the relationship from the start, but a former love of hers said she just didn't know how to tell Jenkins that "they were done."

"She said, 'I'm in over my head' and 'I don't know how I can get out,'" he added.

Now family and friends try to move on without their beloved Jasmine and without the answers they had hoped to get from her suspected killer Jenkins.

"In my opinion, we have lessened the suffering," Beauregard said. "Ryan did us a favor by taking his life. I am saddened and relieved at the same time."
