She may be gone from Dancing with the Stars, but Kate Gosselin isn't done dancing around legal crusades waged by her loser ex-husband Jon.

The royal douchebag will be pressing on with his "absentee mom" argument in custody court, in spite of the fact that Kate got booted Tuesday.

Why? Because if it's not DWTS, it'll be something else.

Jon's lawyer, Anthony List, says Dancing with the Stars "is the tip of the iceberg, as surely there will be many other projects to take its place."

The attorney notes that Kate has already signed on for two new shows, both on TLC, and scoffs that "She's always promoting something."

"Most of the time it's herself."

Kate got smoked on Dancing with the Stars. Will the reality mom soon be subject to a similar fate in court, thanks to new custody filings made by her douchebag ex?

Jon is asking the court for primary custody of their eight kids ... which is kind of a joke, as regardless of his complaints about Kate, what does he possibly have to offer them? Unemployment and nights out with mediocre girls?

But therein lies the rub. Jon also wants child support from Kate, who is hands down becoming the breadwinner in the dysfunctional family.

Whether he gets it is another story, as there are a whole host of reasons he should not, but Jonny seems determined to press on for now.

Who do you think should have custody of the Gosselin kids?

Allison Iraheta has been off American Idol for almost a full year now, but the singer tells the latest issue of Latina magazine that life is better than ever.

"I don’t have to step onto a stage and get judge every week. Now I get to do my own songs and talk to my fans," she said. "There are all these girls writing my on Twitter... saying [they] love songs like ‘Scars’ because they can totally relate to what I’m singing about. Things are really good right now.”

Iraheta will tour this summer with Adam Lambert, who has nothing but amazing things to say about his friend:

“She’s so freaking talented... The first time I heard her album, I was in a car with the windows down and I was just dancing and rocking out to it. It’s going to take some time, but she’ll get there.”

And where is that place? Allison hopes it's a level of accomplishment where she's recognized for being herself, not for having starred on the most popular show on TV.

“I don’t want people to see me and immediately think, ‘Oh, that’s the girl with the red hair who was on American Idol. I want them to say, ‘That’s Allison Iraheta. She’s a great artist who makes real music and has something to say - and she rocks.”

Here's something you see about as often as Kate Gosselin choosing her kids over the spotlight:

A female, former employee of Steven Seagal has gone on record with nice things to say about the actor.

When contacted by TMZ, Sonam Choezom - who served as Seagal's nanny in 1996 - said Seagal offered to move her ailing father from Nepal to the America, while employing Choezom as his babysitter so she could afford her dad's health care bills.

Sonam said she is "very surprised" by the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen because the actor was "always very nice and respectful" to her. He never once tried to touch her vagina for "a second to see what it felt like."

Seagal could definitely use this kind of good news. While his attorney denies all claims, more allegations have surfaced against the actor this week:

  • Ex-wife Kelly LeBrock said she will release "many shocking things" about her former husband in an upcoming book.
  • The granddaughter of music legend Ray Charles, Blair Robinson, filed a document that accused Seagal of harassing her in 2004.
  • Movie critics have wondered whether Seagal actually marked for death in the 1990 action flick Marked for Death.

As a man who spends every night in front of CNN cameras, Larry King knows a thing or two about the power of the media and controlling stories.

But can he use that experience to control his own scandal?

The veteran journalist and talk show host is, as you know, about to divorce Shawn Southwick, who he's accused of cheating on (and vice versa).

With rumors about reconciliation and who's sleeping with who running wild, King put the kibosh on celebrity gossip - at least from Team Larry:

"Out of respect for the parties to discuss several ongoing issues including but certainly not limited to the welfare of the children, no one from the Larry King side is going to make any comment to the press for two weeks about anything."

Larry King's statement comes amid the most salacious report yet.

Yesterday, actor and Beverly Hills Little League coach Hector Penate pulled a Michelle McGee and blatantly bragged about alleged sex romps with Shawn Southwick.

Hector Penate went into real detail about nailing Southwick in Larry's bed, how she slept with him as retaliation for Larry doing her sister Shannon Engemann, etc.

She has denied the affair.

While truth and more gossip will come out (give or take 14 days' time), King's no-comment comment comes as he temporarily halts divorce proceedings.

The two are trying to "resolve some lingering issues," probably involving their two young sons. Or figuring out who exactly has been sleeping with who here.

Dancing with the Stars voters got it right this week.

Anytime Bruno says a performance needs a postmortem, not a critique, it's never a good sign. To that end, Kate Gosselin got the heave-ho she deserved.

But joining her in the bottom two, and not for the first time this season, was Pamela Anderson - “two of our most talked-about celebrities” as Len put it.

Is the same celebrity status that helped Kate last five weeks (five longer than earned) working against Pam, whose dancing has been more than solid?

“I was shocked the first time it happened,” says host Tom Bergeron. “And then a friend said, ‘Not everyone is salivating over her the way you are, Tom.’”

What he means is, Dancing with the Stars viewership skews towards women, and skews older. So perennial sex kitten Pam may be up against it here.

Pamela Anderson, Damian Whitewood Picture

Pam's partner, Damian Whitewood, knows she's an underdog for that reason.

“Everyone likes to see someone fall down,” he told TV Guide. “I’m dancing with a bombshell, and she has got a lot to prove. But the truth is, she’s just like [women viewers]. She’s a mom. She’s out there running after her kids."

"But she wants to learn to dance and she’s really dedicated to it.”

It shows. She may be a frequent celebrity gossip punchline, and searches for Pamela Anderson nude may forever trump her ballroom skills, but through five weeks, she's demonstrated surprising aptitude and commitment.

“She picks things up really quickly,” says Whitewood. “I throw things at her and if she doesn’t get it, she won’t stop until she does. The determination is there.”

The cast loves Anderson, too, for her self-deprecating sense of humor. Quite unlike their reaction to "Hate Gosselin," according to tabloid reports at least.

Pam says she considers herself on a steep learning curve. Fair enough. But how about giving her some props next week if the scores warrant it, America?

The smile-filled journey of Tim Urban came to an end last night, as American Idol viewers voted this finalist off the show.

The elimination didn't come as a shock, giving Tim's lackluster performance of "Better Days" on Tuesday, but the man that joined Urban in the bottom two may have surprised many: Casey James was finally punished for his lack of creativity on a weekly basis.

As for the two-hour broadcast itself, Idol Gives Back is always an impressive event. It brings numerous A-listers together in the name of such charities as Save the Children.

Among this year's highlights:

  • Wanda Sykes doing a stand-up routine in which she questioned the cruelty of making eliminated contestants sing the same song for which they were voted out.
  • Mary J. Blige singing "Stairway to Heaven" with Randy Jackson on the guitar.
  • A reunion of the top 12 stage on stage, as seen below.
  • Barack and Michelle Obama appearing in a video message, thanking everyone for giving. "Ya'll are all my dawgs," the President said.
  • Annie Lennox taping a segment about an HIV-positive girl in Africa.
  • Jennifer Garner showcasing poverty and how it affects kids in America.
  • Testimonials from stars such as Ben Affleck and Morgan Freeman; music from Alicia Keys, the Black Eyed Peas and Carrie Underwood, and comedic bits with George Lopez, Russell Brand and Jonah Hill.

All in all, a wonderful program that raised millions for important causes - but sent one cute, aspiring singer home unhappy.

When he's not protecting his girlfriend and getting restrained by police, Alexander Skarsgard is spiking his hair and looking hotter than ever.

Such is the case in a new VMAN spread, as the True Blood star looks like his usual handsome self. The issue is on newsstands now.

Skarsgard is isn't the only hottie to pose for the magazine over the last year or so. Miley's ex, Justin Gaston, took his shirt off for the publication in February 2009; while Nick Jonas was totally VMAN in January 2010.

Emilio Masella, the Gold’s Gym trainer who began dating Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi in January, is finally speaking out about the Jersey Shore star.

Namely, how he got dumped over the phone. Voicemail even.

“I told Nicole I tried out for Real World and she was upset,” Masella told People, confirming that he had in fact tried out for another MTV show.

“She thought I was using her for the show which is ridiculous.”

An argument ensued, and at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, he received a voicemail from his angry girlfriend saying, “You’re nothing. You’re single.”

Emilio Masella was confused and tried to call her back, but she hung up on him. What he didn’t expect were the allegations of infidelity.

“I’d never cheat on her, I love her,” he says, and he is not pleased with Snooki hooking up with her costar Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.

“I talked to her yesterday and I was like, I’d never do something so low,’” he says. “She said she hadn’t hooked up with anybody either - but she freakin’ lied ... She put out there that I cheated, and now the tables have turned. It sucks.”

Indeed.

And for the record, Masella assumed she’d be supportive, not critical, of his Real World audition: “I never asked for anything. She’s the one that pulled me into the spotlight, bringing me all these places. It seems like she’s jealous.”

Masella adds that Snooki was also worried that he was hanging out with girls, although he claims 80 percent of his friends are female.

“I talked to her yesterday afternoon and I fought with her,” he says. “I [told her] she has no reason to be mad - and she hung up on me. I told her, ‘You can’t expect me to stay home and never go out if you’re gone for two months.’”

“I’m not a scumbag. She’s being jealous and spiteful. I don’t know if she [broke up with me] on purpose so she could hook up with Mike ... I knew [her time on set] was going to be crazy, but I didn’t think it was going to be this crazy.”

We just can't wait for Season 2 to air.

Heidi Montag has decided not to sue The Hills creator, Adam DiVello, for alleged sexual harassment after all. You mean it was all a trumped-up stunt? Shock.

The surgically enhanced bimbo had accused DiVello of inappropriately groping her during a cast photo shoot in March, which seemed a little absurd to us.

For one, MTV stood by DiVello, said it investigated the matter and decried her harassment claim, while other stars like Lauren Conrad defended him too.

Secondly, look who we're talking about. Heidi Montag's fake boobs aren't even sexually attractive anymore ... there's a point in which it's comedic, not hot.

In any case, she consulted with her lawyers about a lawsuit, and a source tells the New York Post, "Heidi and Spencer Pratt have changed their minds."

Those Are Some Big Breasts

GROPED: By Spencer, maybe. By Adam DiVello? Doubtful.

We've never known them to drop something, but hey, it got them a few hours of publicity, so it was probably a success for Speidi. Of the pair, the source said:

"They realized they should just move on."

Wonder why ... perhaps because they had no case and just used DiVello's name for PR, discrediting other legitimate harassment victims in the process?

Weak, guys. We enjoy the Tweeting rampages of Spencer Pratt as much as anyone, but there should be limitations. No need to make $h!t like this up.

Bride-to-be Carrie Underwood has her wedding day priorities set: Food.

She and Mike Fisher have set a wedding date, but it's "not one that we're openly talking about" and all she cares about is that it's "so laid back."

A Winner Again

Not exactly a Bridezilla or someone looking for attention at every turn.

Imagine when someone agrees to marry Kim Kardashian. There will be easily 10-20 Tweets per hour updating us on every facet of the process.

Carrie and Mike have picked out the "food and we know where we're going to be - the big hurdles." Everything else? "We don't care," she says.

Mike, you got a keeper dude.

Reports say Mike Fisher will marry Carrie Underwood this summer.

Carrie got engaged to Mike Fisher in December. While they've done all they can to keep the details private, they are clearly smitten with each other.

"Everybody would always ask me questions like, 'What have you always dreamt of? This is your day,'" says the 27-year-old American Idol winner.

"But truthfully I never even thought about it until I was engaged. I wasn't one of those little girls. So I have no idea what I'm doing, basically!"

Somehow we think she'll manage.
