We know she wears no underwear. Now officials say she wears no expression of concern when it comes to being a good parent - or even keeping her kids safe.

Sources say that child welfare investigators in Los Angeles County are looking into "multiple child abuse and neglect" allegations in the never-ending custody battle that's been brewing between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.

According to a 300-page report, released Tuesday, an attorney for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has expressed great concern "regarding the safety and welfare of [Sean Preston Federline, 2, and Jayden James Federline, 1] if the children are left in the mother's care."

Britney Spears is all smiles. Meanwhile, the children cry.

The attorney requested that the court not change the current arrangements â€" Brit has no custody while Kevin Federline has temporary, but primary custody of the two little mistakes â€" until their investigation has been completed.

Their next court date: January 23. Stay tuned.

Two weeks ago, before Julianne Hough captured her second consecutive Dancing with the Stars title, Kevin Connolly said he had a crush on the blonde beauty.

Now? Not so much.

"I don't want to bore you, but really, we are just friends," Connolly told People magazine. "We've gone out to dinner a few times, we've gone to a Halloween party, but I don't even know her."
