One year after actor Eric Roberts completed a stint in Celebrity Rehab for marijuana "dependency," he's pushing for its legalization, which will never happen.

Eric, who made news last fall for calling Kate Gosselin a child abuser, says if alcohol is legal, weed should be, given the infallible logic that "Alcohol has destroyed whole civilizations whereas pot has only made a few hippies happy."

It's the one thing on which voters and politicians from both sides of the aisle can agree: few events this year were more moving than the return of Gabrielle Giffords to Congress last week.

Now, the owners of the Arizona grocery store in front of which Giffords and voters gathered prior to the tragic shooting that left multiple people dead and the Congresswoman hospitalized say they plan on honoring the victims with a monument.

Rebecca Black has a long way to go until she's Taylor Swift. This is true for almost all artists, of course.

But the controversial 13-year old singer took a step in Taylor's direction last night by claiming the Choice Web Star honor at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. Swift? She only went home with multiple surfboard, including the most prestigious one of them all: Ultimate Choice.

Some woman believes Lindsay Lohan hired a hit man to kill her.

Upon review, that claim is undeniably false, but when it's LiLo, you at least have to stop and wonder. Especially after Kathryn Marie Hinich filed a request for a restraining order against the actress in Minnesota last week.
