Amy Winehouse has confirmed she is still working on the theme music for Quantum of Solace. But not without a hefty dose of heroin drama.

It was reported that bosses were in talks with Beyonce to replace the wife of Blake Fielder-Civil, but Winehouse says it didn't happen.

"I've written the song. If they like it, they like it," she said. "If they don't, then they don't. It's out of my hands."

Winehouse went on to say, in a roundabout way, that she's pissed at the Bond bosses, telling the UK's Daily Star:

"I've done loads of crack Bond songs ... there are loads of good ones I'm really happy with. I don't know what is wrong with them or what the problem is, to be honest. It's there, ready and done. It's up to them if they want it or not."

A source close to the Bond producers claim it's a delicate stage:

"[Amy Winehouse] is still seen as damaged goods - she will have to prove she's on the road to recovery before she's signed up."

Over the weekend, we reported that Lance Armstrong and Kate Hudson were spotted smooching at a party in Cannes. We couldn't provide visual evidence of the trip to first base between this new couple, however.

Fortunately, our celebrity gossip photographer refused to rest until they could prove that the actress was  and cyclist were enjoying a romantic Tour de Lance together.

Kingston Rossdale turns two years old today. But the son of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale has already celebrated his birthday is style.

Yesterday, Kingston's parents threw him a party that includes ponies, cowboys, cowgirls and a number of celebrities.

Joel Madden showed up with daughter Harlow, though Nicole Richie was nowhere in sight. Victoria Beckham was also there with her youngest son Cruz, who arrived to the festivities in a monkey costume.

We wonder what the celebrity fashion police would say about that.

Brody Jenner is known for the ladies he dates.

We are talking about Nicole Richie, Kristin Cavallari, Lauren Conrad and Cora Skinner ... among many possible, rumored others.

But The Hills star is rejecting the label of "womanizer."

"Just because I date like everyone else does, for some reason they say I'm a 'serial dater,'" he said at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods.

"I think that's very disrespectful to say, because I was raised by my mother and I treat all women with respect."

Hollywood's hottest young bachelor, Brody Jenner, says he's only doing "what every other 24-year-old kid would do in my position."

As for his most recent ex, Cora Skinner, he says, "Cora is special to me. We still hang out. We're trying to work things out still."

Who do you think was a phony at Ashlee Simpson's wedding?

We'll give you a hint. He plays quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys and used to date Sophia Bush, Carrie Underwood and Alli Sims.

According to TMZ, when People Magazine cut a $1.4 million deal for Ashlee Simpson wedding pics, there was one additional requirement - that Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo would be there at the event.

It all makes sense now.

Who would pay that for just Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz? No one we know. And why would Joe Simpson care so much that Tony Romo attended, begging him personally to come and "support the family" at the last minute?

Support them financially is what he meant. Why are we not surprised?

Of course, Jessica and Tony broke up just before the wedding. Getting the idea why he still showed now? Jared Leto ain't gonna sell celeb news magazines!

People, for its part, wanted to put a pic of Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo as an inset on the cover - after all, they're a hot couple. Ashlee and Pete? Eh...

For Carmen Electra, accepting marriage proposals (the latest one from Rob Patterson) isn't the only fun thins in life. She recently told People about something else that sounds like a blast.

"I hope to be a mom some day, but I'm not rushing to be one," Electra said. "It would be a lot of fun. A lot of hard work, but I'll look forward to it someday."

As the actress heads back to New Orleans to work on the movie Mardi Gras, she'll also be releasing her own new line of portable stripper poles so women can practice what's truly important.

"They're so much fun," Electra said. "I actually put one up in my living room with the help of a girlfriend."

That's the word on the streets, though the guilty party denies it.

Jared Leto's rep has come out swinging and slamming a National Enquirer report that Jessica Simpson cheated on Tony Romo with his client.

"There is no truth whatsoever to that," Leto's manager, Jason Weinberg, told Us Weekly of the rumor that Jared and Jessica are boinking.
