So much for Queen Chelsy Davy.

Great Britain's Prince Harry has ended his relationship with the Zimbabwe-born Davy.

The prince reportedly ended the five-year coupling amicably with Davy, a post-graduate law student at Leeds University. The break up takes place three weeks after the pair spent a romantic holiday together in the Indian Ocean nation of Mauritius.

"They are remaining friends," said a source. "There have been all sorts of reasons given [for the split] but suffice it to say they felt that it had run its course."

This news leaves Prince William and Kate Middleton as the sole, young Royal couple.

Katie Stam was crowned Miss America last night, fighting off a throat infection, laryngitis and, of course, 51 other contestants to win the competition.

The 22-year-old University of Indianapolis student is the first Hoosier State native to earn this title.

Among her highlights on the evening: Stam belted out a rendition of "Via Dolorosa" during the talent portion; while she lambasted the use of performance-enhancing drugs among professional athletes and defined "glamor" during her interview.

"That beauty that you feel on the inside, it's that confidence, that radiance inside of you, that's what glamour is," Stam said.

Stam earned a $50,000 scholarship for her victory. She wants to obtain a bachelor's degree in communications and become a television news anchor.

Why did Jennifer Love Hewitt and Ross McCall call off their engagement near the end of 2008?

One anonymous source told Us Weekly that the difference in each side's level of fame played a role (McCall is an actor, by the way).

"It was clear they were not on the same level," the insider said. "It was hard for him."

Attention, single men: Jennifer Love Hewitt is single again.

Claudia Wick, however, pointed to Hewitt being "needy and immature" as a reason for the break up. Wick was a costume supervisor on The Ghost Whisperer before choosing to sell out her former co-worker.

"She would call McCall up and go, 'Can you come and sit with me? I'm cold,'" she said. "She would drag him on the set and then pout and they'd fight. Mainly, it was her needing something from him: 'Can you say you love me?'"

Two prominent Bahamian citizens and a paramedic were detained in the Bahamas in an alleged extortion scheme targeting John Travolta following the death of his 16-year-old son, Jett Travolta, earlier this month, according to reports.

Pleasant Bridgewater, an attorney and member of the country's parliament, has been held since Thursday. Ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne was detained on Friday.

Obie Wilchcombe, the island's former Minister of Tourism and a friend of the Travoltas, was also arrested. On Larry King Live, he talked about how the family coping with Jett's tragic death - revealing some very personal details.

Police did not disclose the exact nature of the alleged plot, which was rumored - though never confirmed - to involve unnamed parties trying to extort $20 million from the Travoltas for information about Jett's passing.

Lightbourne was quoted in celebrity gossip reports about trying to revive Jett Travolta, who died at the family's vacation home in Grand Bahama.

Wilchcombe was initially brought to the police station under the pretext of helping authorities crack the case, but is now "implicated" in the alleged extortion plot.

He has been released pending further investigation.

Bridgewater was charged with abetment to extort and conspiracy to extort and released Friday on $40,000 bail. Lightbourne remains in custody.
