While the odds point to Cody Linley being voted off Dancing with the Stars tonight, Hannah Montana fans can still look forward to next week's show:

Star Miley Cyrus will perform her song “Fly on the Wall" on the November 25 seventh season finale of the competition.

Miley is continuing a Dancing with the Stars tradition in her family; Billy Ray Cyrus finished in fifth place on the series' fourth season in 2007.

And Britney Spears thinks she has it rough.

The odd Michael Jackson may be too sick to travel to London to testify in a suit claiming he owes an Arab sheik $7 million, his attorney said on Tuesday.

MJ is seeking to give his testimony via satellite from the U.S.

"It would be unwise for him to travel, given what's he's got now," lawyer Robert Englehart said, declining to elaborate "for the obvious reasons."

A lawyer for Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa said the medical evidence presented by the self-proclaimed King of Pop's lawyers is unsatisfactory, saying: "This is not the first time a sick note has been presented by Mr. Jackson."

The lawyer, Bankim Thanki, gave no precise indication of what the illness might be, but told the court that he believed Michael Jackson's condition could be treated with a bandage "if the diagnosis is indeed positive." Ooookay.

Michael Jackson has often worn a surgical mask in public. In one court appearance in California, he appeared to have a bandage hanging from his hollowed-out nose.

Despite all the speculation about his radically changed appearance over the years, he has denied having had any plastic surgery done on his face other than two operations back in the day to help him breathe better to hit higher notes.

If Billy Ray Cyrus thinks Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston make a good team, we wonder what he thinks of the Detroit Lions.

The country singer told Us Weekly that his daughter and her much older boyfriend spend a lot of time together; professionally, that is. Of course.

"I'll tell you what – they are great friends, and they make a good team," Billy Ray said at last night's Los Angeles premiere of Bolt, the cartoon movie that features Miley in a key voice role. "They write a lot of songs together, and they sing – it's incredible."

"Make good choices. Do the best you can do – mostly have fun.  always tell her that as long as she's having fun, then it's working."

As usual, THG's recap of The Hills will consist of us grading last night's episode, awarding or deducting points for the best and worst moments.

Scandalously, Holly Montag moved in with Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth, resulting in some choice remarks from Team Speidi. Whitney kept in touch with Jay, and Audrina (for the 394th straight week) pondered her future with Justin-Bobby.

Holly Montag moving in with Lauren Conrad when there are 10 trillion sublet options in L.A. seems absurdly fake, but Minus only 2 because it's not that big a stretch to believe LC would extend Holly the offer to passive-aggressively stick it to Heidi.

In Venice, Justin-Bobby philosophizes that there is something "Zen-ful" about the beach. Holy hell, this guy must smoke SO much weed. Plus 9.

Spencer leaves to "go enjoy life." Minus 3, because we all know he only enjoys life when wreaking havoc on The Hills or staging photo shoots.

No Brody Jenner again. This is disappointing to us, because we have a slight crush on Brody, but then again the man has been traveling with Jayde Nicole. We wouldn't be on The Hills either if that were the alternative. Plus 3.

Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge laugh about how they "attract trouble" when they go out. Minus 5, because it's not that noteworthy - they get paid to, and a decent amount of said trouble is manufactured or at least embellished by MTV.

Casey Patridge calls out Justin-Bobby for his crap and Audrina for her excuses. Plus 3 for Casey's honesty, but Minus 5 because Audrina obviously doesn't listen, and Minus another 1 for Casey's tats. A little too much tramp stampage for us.

LC says of Spencer, "He drives away everyone that cares about her." Yes. Yes he does. So astute on her part, and so entertaining on his. Plus 4.

Sam Nazarian simply "doesn't get" the Spencer thing. He's not alone. Plus 2.

Spencer Pratt is happy Heidi will be back at work and not "moping around" at home anymore. Plus 3, because he wants that lifestyle all to himself.

Justin-Bobby gives Audrina a t-shirt as a present, then adds, "No bras with that thing, thank you." Wow. Minus 7, because not only is J-Bobby the biggest d!ck ever, but with those fake boobs, Audzo doesn't need bras for ANY outfit!

Everyone on the set was extremely kind and so fun to work with! Bob Saget, who is the show's narrator, and cast member Jason Segel were there as well as my own mother, who everyone got to meet. Ha!

I played the role of...(wait for it)... myself!  In the scene I am on the cover of a weekly magazine and I come to life! So, I had to film it all on a green screen!

I can't wait to see the show! I really had a great time and hope this opens up other opportunities for me in the acting world.

Britney Spears' much-hyped new album, Circus, is set to drop December 2 and MTV's documentary on her, "For the Record," airs on November 30 at 10 p.m.

In an interview for the special, Britney compares her life to Groundhog Day, the movie starring Bill Murray, whose character repeats the same day perpetually:

“There’s no excitement, there’s no passion. I have really good days, and then I have bad days... Even when you go to jail you know there’s a time when you’re gonna get out. But in this situation, it’s never ending. It’s like Groundhog Day every day.”

Britney Spears continued to philosophize:

“I think it’s too in control. If I wasn’t under the restraints I’m under, I’d feel liberated. When I tell them the way I feel, it’s like they hear but they’re really not listening. I never wanted to be one of those prisoner people. I always wanted to feel free."

We have no idea what she's even talking about, to be honest, although we are reminded of The Office quotes in which the Dunder-Mifflin Scranton employees pretend life is better in jail than work... where they must do the same things every day.

Jessica Simpson says her pregnant sister Ashlee Simpson, who is due to give birth any day now, is trying to everything to make that baby come out.

"Different foot massages and stuff," Jessica said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (airing Wednesday). "She's jumping around trying everything right now."

Ashlee will likely induce labor, but Jess won't say if it's a boy or girl.

"I can't say because they haven't said," Jessica Simpson said. "I'll stick my foot in my mouth and get in trouble and I won't be a good aunt."

Jessica also told DeGeneres that she's in love with beau Tony Romo.

"He is a good guy, and he's really just helped me along in life and taught me a lot about being comfortable being myself - which is important," she said.

To be the Dallas Cowboys starting quarterback, the alleged singer continued speaking, "there's a requirement. Like, you have to be good looking. Being out there and demanding and commanding that field - that's pretty sexy."

Mindy McCready admits that she has "lived life recklessly" and made a lot of mistakes, like having an affair with Roger Clemens while she was a teenager.

Back in New York after a trip to Southern California to talk about possible reality TV projects (yes, really), the troubled country singer spilled her side (sometimes multiple sides) of her Roger Clemens affair to various media sources.

McCready told Inside Edition that her alleged affair with the beleaguered baseball star ended because she wanted him to leave wife Debbie Clemens. But she also told the New York Daily News that she "never wanted to marry" the Rocket.

"[Roger Clemens] should have done right by his family - if a person is unhappy in their marriage and spending all their personal time with someone else, you need to do right by your marriage," McCready told the Daily News.

"He should have just told Debbie and been honest with her. If he didn't want to be with her and wanted to be with me, he should have told her."

Meanwhile, according to Inside Edition, McCready stated that "I wanted him to, after all that time, do the right thing by me. And, Roger is loyal and dedicated to his family... and so I ended it." Multiple personality disorder, anyone?

Roger Clemens denies that anything sexual happened with Mindy McCready at any time and, in responding to her various claims, only issued a statement acknowledging that he has "made mistakes in my personal life for which I am sorry."

McCready is consistent in her sorrow for the pain she caused Debbie Clemens.

"I have nothing but remorse and nothing but sympathy for what she's had to go through with this situation and she has my utmost apology," she told Inside Edition. "I would apologize to her and say I was young. I now know better."
