   Dear Sirs,
   
   I was unaware of it at the time, but my child, Cindy Ann Bennett had a female child on or about July 2,1986, and sold same child to the Lohan's! My exwife had been an alcoholic and abused and battered me on numerous occasions, she told me that was the way her father had sex with her when she was a child. Ms. Cindy Bennett's mother had tried to kill me in early 1974, then asked me for a divorce a short time after. Then after the divorce in late 1974, she had threatened to kill me if I did not allow her second husband to adopt my child.I did not see Cindy again until Sept. 1983. She visited with me every 4 to 6 weeks for several years until Oct 13,1985, I remember when that was, as we did an amateur photo shoot at a friends home, Kevin Egan, whose father was the head of the guild for the New York Post. Cindy told me she had worn a dress we took photo's of her in, to a dance in late Sept.1985. I told her I wanted pick her up for a photo, she got very excited said no don't several times, I picked her up anyway, see photo, but wondered about her strange behavior? She was a good dancer, went to dance class after school, weighted 98Lbs., which is why I could not understand why she did not want me to hold her, but after the first time she did let me pick her up again several times without protesting during the photo shoot. We had plans to go see "Cats", for her fourteenth birthday, the next month, but when I called the first of Nov.1985 she said she could not come out for several months to see me, I could not understand why, asked her why, but she would not tell me, she told me nothing was wrong! However when I called the first of Dec.1985, she said she would come out the next weekend, Dec.7-8,1985, but said she wanted to wait until next visit to see "Cats". I could not believe my eyes when I saw her, she had put on 20 or 25 lbs, her face was fat and her waist had grown by 4 or 5 inches! (see photos) Again however she said nothing was wrong, it did not even occur to me that my fourteen year old daughter was pregnant, she has since told me her mother had told her I had been the one who asked for the divorce and did not want Cindy, which is why she did not speak with me about her life. Back to this story, Cindy did not come out to see me again until Oct. 1986, we did go see "Cats" and one more weekend, but did not tell me why she had not come out for the several months from Dec. 1985 to Oct. 1986! Also when it came time to say goodbye, she would not hug and kiss me or say goodbye as we had done, but she did hug and kiss me hello each time? ( She may have blamed her mother for what I'm sure she had been forced to do, give up her child, and did not want to leave me, but could not tell me!) Her mother and third husband made up an excuse why Cindy could not come to see me on weekends, but Cindy and I did talk on the phone once a month, then they made up an excuse why I could not even talk to her on the phone! Her high school graduation, East Meadow High, was the last time I saw her until Oct.2008. When I saw Lindsay Lohan on TV in 2000, I thought to myself, she looks like my child when she was young, but I did not know she had been born July 2, 1986 until I learned how to use a computer, that is how I found my daughter, Cindy, last Oct. 08. I just wanted to see her and know that she was well, as I have always loved my daughter, and always will. I had called her at work, she had asked me not to do that, but I wanted to make sure she worked where she had told she did. She got very mad at me even though I hung up right away as she asked me to do, called me later that night, and asked me never to call her again, even though I begged her to let me see her from time to time, she told me her childhood had been unpleasant and she did not want to be reminded of her past! I begged her not to make me do this, refering to telling everyone on this planet that she is Lindsay Lohan's mother! I sent her the attached letter, that made some references to Lindsay Lohan, then called her on a weekday morning, after she had time to get the letter. She called me that afternoon, and said she had been in a meeting that morning and had taken the afternoon off to call me, she was very nice to me, we talked about the times we had spent together when she was young, she told me she had been happy when we were together,but we did not talk about the letter, or Lindsay Lohan. She said she forgave me for calling her at work, and as she had said when we talked in Oct. she wanted me to meet her husband and she would come out to visit me at my home in PA. I sent her a gift I had a goldsmith make for her a long time ago for her birthday, she called me and thanked me and said she liked the gift, and that she loved me. Then I sent her a gift for thanksgiving, and signed the note Dad, She called from her husband's parents home Thanksgiving day and told me her adopted father was her "Dad" and if I loved her never to call her again, she would not even go to see her adopted father after her twelfth birthday, but instead as I have already explained came to visit with me! Again I begged her not to make me do this and asked her to forgive me for what I was going to do!(Tell the news what they had made her do when she was a thirteen year old child! I did not tell her this at the time for obvious reasons!) Again I sent her a letter, asking her to forgive me for calling myself her "dad" and made references to Lindsay Lohan. I also called the FBI, they told me to call NY State. I called the NY Attorney General's office, they had me speak with a prosecutor, who told me that unless Cindy was willing to testify, they could not bring charges against the Lohan's for arranging for Cindy to become pregnant and sell her child to them! Once again I called Cindy and she said she forgave me, we talked for an hour or so and spoke of what she had been doing in the 18 years that I had not seen her, I could hear a tape recorder running during this call. She called me back again after I sent her a letter, asking her to go to the FBI for help! She called me and yelled at me for an hour and a half, I had told her the day I found her again after 18 years that it was the happiest day of my life ( in a letter) so she told me on the phone it was the worst day of her life, that she would be fired from her job with J.P.Morgan when they found out who she was, Lindsay's Mother, she asked me about the tape running, when I said no it was not mine, she cried out in a voice I never wanted to hear from my child, but I can not undo what has been done. I had told her the truth, that I am slowly dying from radiation exposure that happened when I was a child at Oak Ridge, Tenn. So she said aren't you dead yet, you should be dead, I wish you were dead! Over and over again! I did not want this to be the last time I would ever be able to speak to my child again, so I sent her a letter saying I would pretend to be mistaken about her being Lindsay's mother,(she had said I sold drugs, I do not, but there was now a tape recorder running on my phone at the time, but has now stopped,) she did call me, but we could hear a tape recorder running. I sent her another letter, with a letter that I sent to Lindsay's lawyer to Ms. Lohan, my grandchild, and asked her again to go to the FBI for help, I have not told her this, but I have also sent this letter to many news agencies, along with photos, that by the way Cindy refused to let me take at first, of her pregnant with Lindsay on Dec.7,1985, including CNN. She called me, and gave me hell again and I got to speak with my son inlaw for the first time, he also gave me hell, so I hung up the phone, he called right back and asked me not to contact my child, I said I am not going to let those people (the Lohan's) get away with with they did to my daughter, called him a name, which I ask for forgiveness for this, as I did not mean to say such a word to my childs husband! I was raised by my dutch father to do no harm or be cruel to anyone, and have lived this way all my life, I pray God will forgive me.
