Does anyone in the world - seriously, ANYone - think Lindsay Lohan is better looking than Megan Fox? For some reason (i.e. Lohan's publicist paying the magazine), Maxim has ranked Lohan as the ninth hottest person on the planet for 2008.

Lindsay projects sensuality, something that Megan Fox does not! Who's better looking is subjective, but Lindsay knows how to exude sexuality in a way that Megan could only hope to do.
