   In this day and age; I am not surprised that a younger man goes for the older woman. But I must say that I hope a lot of thought and soul searching went into the decision to make that plunge! Marrying a woman who already has sooo many children will be a chore. I went through that experience with my son and it did not last. The dynamics were way off.
   
   Maybe with him having money will keep things rolling smoothly; he should have thought twice.
   
   May the Lord add a blessing to their union, it will truly be needed.

   for the last comment addressing ms.Karen Phillips-Andrews.Not saying it wouldn't happen but just because it did to you does itr mean it will happen to her then you are going to throw a little pray inn there. To Usher and Tameka go for it enjoy life and live do not let know one get inbetween your relationship COMMUNICATE with each other and love your child no matter what.

   I think she looks good!! It takes a lot of effort for a woman over 30 to look fabulous and fit...and if Usher likes it, I love it!! Good luck to them both and I wish their marriage nothing but success.

   I really think that everyone expected usher to be with a celeb or something but facts are tameka is a beautiful, talented, black woman and she deserves a good man. I am 20 years old and I wish I had someone like her in my life to support me the way she supports her man. They are more then Lover's they are friends and that makes a relationship much better. Tameka if you happen to stumble by this, Please do not respond to childish emails because you are IT woman and you are LOVED by your children and your man.

   I went to school with Tameka in the Bay Area and she always has seemed to have a strong work ethic and high standards...im not surprised by hearing about her and usher...my man is also younger than me...he is also 26 and i am 37 and in these types of relationships if u are in them for the right reasons u both will be able to receive something from it....especially if you still have that youth in you...im creeping up on my 40's and ive never been scared...do your thang Tameka... and say hi to Yolanda for me...one of your old school classmates from Berkeley High

   I just want to say that age doesn't matter if your in love, but their are other opstacles that play a part in this relationship that need to be ironed out before they try to progress into a future. Because if this is true love it's going to get be able to weather any storm that comes into it's path. Good Luck!

    I just want to say that whatver tameka and usher do is there business. people are so nagative these days, I guess because most people are unhappy themselves, my stepfather married my mother with seven children, and yes, he was younger then she was he treated all of us bettter than our own father did, and they stay married until the day that my mother died. si don't tell me that this relationship can't work if they keep family and friends out of their business and keep God in their life it can work

    Everyone talked like this about Denzel Washington's wife, then about Bill Cosby's wife. All three are beautiful BLACK women. We are inundated with so many images of underage, anorexic white models and celebrities that it has replaced what exotic beauty and womanly grace really is! The same happens to indian women. There needs to be more variety in the media.
