Stephanie Pratt is the sister of Spencer Pratt, the notorious villain of The Hills. She recently appeared on the hit series, starting a cat fight with Lauren Conrad - the bitter rival of Spencer Pratt and his fiancee, Heidi Montag. Stephanie Pratt was actually kinda cool... well, for a Pratt.
