Can somebody pleas explain to me where her family is in all of this? Im sure we don't see every thing that REALLY goes on but how on earth could her mother let Heidi become this type of person? Firstly her family with minimal attempt to stop it, let Heidi marry that douche Spencer.. Heidi was amazing before all of the work she has done to her self... Not arguement that with less plastic surgery she would look good, I believe she has an amazing body, face, hair and most of the times a good personality.. it cannot be souly her fault for this down turn.. spencer and her family and friend should have been there to help her work out her true issues not just her superfical crap.. she was amazing and it is heartbreaking to her fans from laguna beach to see her fall so deep into a slow and painful death

You was a very pretty girl i use to admire you watching The Hills but know u are a fake women that money can make any women look like you,natural beaty is the best.You don't even have babys and already did 10 plastic surgery in one day,after a C-section you will do 10 more.Love your self if Good make you like that thats the way you was suppost to look ,you change so much that you look like a tranvesti

i actually kind of feel sorry for this girl. it makes me angry that she would go to a plastic surgeon and that plastic surgeon obviously had no ethics to turn away a perfectly good looking girl. it's all about the mighty dollar.

All this hating on Heidi is making me feel guilty. I have watched this trainwreck in amazement and shared a few giggles with you but now it getting too much. She's obviously in a very fragile mental state and all this criticism would only feed her insecurities. Her life has got to be miserable and sadly she will find out surgery isn't going to improve it. She's not unattractive (definately nicer pre surgery). Heidi's looking for acceptance and love, but sadly she doesn't know it has to come from within . . . it's time to give her a break (nobody likes a bully). . . isn't it punishment enough that she married that tool Spencer.
