Stephanie Pratt, to use her full moniker. She's awesome... sort of. We don't totally know what her full agenda is other than new friend of Lauren Conrad and sister of Spencer Pratt, but we still sort of like Stephanie.

Stephanie Pratt is not only a beautiful girl in the out side but inside as well and it makes it very easy for me to design for her, as it shows on this picture. She is wearing one of my dresses!
