   Shayne is not only beautiful, but seems to be a very warm and kind person. I hope Matt chooses her because I believe she's sincere. I hope they're in love with each other!    Great !!He picked Shayne. I watched the finger nails in the pre-view and Shaynes were wider than the other girls so I figured the hand they showed in ad was Shaynes and it was. I hope they are together FOREVER. And if Matt and Shayne read this Best of luck and I look forward to the wedding and seeing more of you both and to seeing you have babies.

   I haven't had time to read all the comments - so I may be repeating what someone else has said -My take on Matt's attraction to Shayne is that it was instant - he found himself having to "act" interested in other girls for what, 10 weeks? Now who is the actor? Matt, Shayne has nothing on you as far as acting ability because I could tell straight away that once you laid eyes on her, you were forced to finish out the show without giving your true feelings away too early - I have never seen Shayne act in anything - but there is no way she could be better than what you pulled off, Matt!

   I was glad Matt chose Shayne instead of that cold fish Chelsea. Thank God Matt saw through looks, and went for the personality and the warmth and charm that young Shayne displayed throughout the show. Congratulations to them and I wish a long relationship together with beautiful children, lots of fun and adventure!!!

   I would have loved to have seen Shayne as the Bachelorette. It's hard not to get enough of her, because her personality and lovely looks are so mesmerizing. She also has quite an intoxicating quiet power that eventually stole the show! It was really all about Shayne toward the end of the show.

   Ouch! Sounds like Carol's a little bitter! Yes, it's possible Shayne has taken everyone for a ride regarding her motives and sincerity in order to garner publicity, though it would appear that she was well-liked among the other girls--not an easy feat for any 22-year-old woman, intelligent or otherwise, who's in it for the exposure. If that's the case, she's a very talented actress when it comes to projecting genuine warmth and caring and she's got a great career ahead of her. I'm more inclined to believe those qualities can't be faked over the length of time Shayne was involved in the selection process. Even Matt's parents picked up on her charming nature during their evening together (remember his mom commenting on Chelsea's guardedness?). True, Shayne's not an academic, but she appears to have an open heart and open mind and there's a good chance she'll pick up a lot if her relationship with Matt relationship continues. Knowledge can be gained but kindness and caring for others see

    This girl is waay too high maintenance...good thing she got a banker to help support her. She looks like a pouty spoiled kid.
