I loved the show, I wanted Shayne from start for Matt. My daughter Lisa is in London, a college student, although only 20 she has a serious beau from Oxford, looks like wedding belles.
I think this is also true love like Trista and Ryan.

I wanted Shayne right from the get go. Matt and shayne seem so in sink with each other. I am hoping this is another happily ever after like Trista and Ryan.

This was the best Bachelor of all time!! Matt was so genuine, handsome and respectful!! He really seemed well adjusted and there for the right reasons. I loved Shayne from the beginning!! She is such a little doll. The scene where he proposed gave me goosebumps!! I can go on this for years!! They make the most beautiful couple. The producers need to use Matt and Shayne as model Bachelor participants!!

I never actually got to see the romance building since I'm normally repulsed by these types of shows, but heard a bit of a buzz at work so I caught part of the season finale... they're so cute together! she may have some dysfunction going in her family, but I hope they can stick with each other... With the little bit of that argentinian blood in her they're bound to have gorgeous babies! lol I love how comfortable they look around each other. Very nice.....

I was sooo happy to see that in the end Matt choose Shayne. They are such genuine people and together will truly bring out each other's best. This is the BEST bachelor since Jen and Andrew, but I have faith that Shayne and Matt will beat the odds and have many many happy years together as husband and wife!!

was I the only one that thought she was the most fake person there. I felt like she was acting the whole time and as her father said she was there to try and become a celebrity. the poor sweet guy fell so hard for her and i think she will surely break his heart.

Shayne was clearly just acting, and she did a wonderful job. They won't last long at all, but I can imagine Shayne's career will really take off after the show. I feel so bad for Chelsea... I loved her. People need to stop hating on Chelsea for calling Shayne fake. One because she is. and two, how would you react after the man of your dreams just completely broke your heart?

I felt so sorry for the poor bewildered Brit from the get-go. The 25 trollops were an alphabet soup of imaturity, vacuous caddyness, purient infantilism and pure sleaze. That said, I surely believe that the entire poduction is staged and coreographed for dramatic effect with the full cooperation of all participants, who are there primarily to claim their 15 min. of fame. Cudos to Matt - he absolutely shone. One could easily see with a bit of coaching he could easily be the next 007 - he's got the full package.

I'm just so happy that Matt and Shayne ended up together. I think they are such an adorable couple and I couldn't think anyone more perfect for eachother than those two. I think they are a perfect match!! I'm on Matt's side that Shayne is not acting, and I don't care what others say. Those two deserve to be together and happy.

I think they are perfect for each other. I liked Shayne almost from the start. I think she was very honest even when she was having a hard time in Vegas. I liked that she didn't get into the cattiness but was usually trying to keep peace. They will be very happy together.

What most people didn't notice was the change in the crew at ABC. Instead of manufacturing a fantasy environment where the final couple could not possibly have any sense of reality, the new production team relaxed some of the very restrictive elements that contributed to past failures. That said, all the best to Matt and Shayne.

Shayne is pretty and just so beautiful except that she missed some inches to reach Matt's height. Poor girl, she has to climb up at Matt to get his kisses. Good luck MONKEY :-) have your elevator shoes with you all the time!

Yes, her face is hot but her body is not, she is short and kinda chubby - not sexy for me! Height wise, I agree, she is not a good match for Matt - Chelsea was!

Wow, such criticism no wonder girls everywhere have complexes about their own bodies. Shayne use to be a gymnast so the height and even some of the "chubby" was something probably left over from that. But that's irrelevant since I think she has a healthy body type. As for the fake thing, I don't get the logic. Either she's such a good actress she fooled Matt all the time, or a vapid blond dits. You can't have both. But I doubt she really is either. Matt's 6'5", away above average so anything short of super model looks odd paired with him. My boyfriend is 6'4" and I'm a full foot shorter but those are superficial things when it comes to making a relationship work.

I think they seem to go together very well. Both of Matt's parents chose Shayne for him, too. Only his brother liked Chelsea better than Shayne. I would think his parents would know him best and would also have the experience to spot a fake person. I also thought that Lorenzo Lamas acted like a real jerk and threw his own daughter under the bus. How embarrassing for her I wish Shayne and Matt much happiness together.

i think matt and shayne are using each other... shayne wants to be popular because to be honest, yes her dad is known in showbiz but shayne wasn't until she participated in this "BACHELOR" thing. i completely agree on what her dad said.
matt on the other hand, appears to be craving for show business by choosing shayne and that's a good passport.
whatever that is or whatever their own personal intentions for each other, i just hope they don't end up in MONKEY business ....lol
