If Sara was a man, she would of not been chosen. But yet when people talk of affirmative action, they only see it in black or white....interesting

This picture looks to be taken in a dorm room with the 2 beds pushed together. I wonder why the beds are pushed together. I hope no sinning had recently occured.

I give Sarah credit for "walking the talk"- she believes there is no exception for an abortion so she had her down's syndrome child. I question however what kind of example they are setting with their daughter Bristol. Obviously "just say no" doesn't always work and there is nothing shameful in having a unwed pregnant teenage daughter but- are we telling the nation's kids "Dont worry if you get pregnant out of wedlock - you can marry your teenage boy friend and have the baby and play house (as long as it lasts). Of course they look in love- they're 17!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are always in love at 17.

he is palin's college (s) she started in hawaii, then to a small idaho school, then to the u of idaaho, the to a school in alaska, the back to u of idaho where she earned a BA in journalism. unlike most students who take 4 years it only took her 6, count 'em 6 years to earn he BA.
i think obama was finished at columbia with a BS half way to a law degree in the same amount of time.
i don't understand why people want a president to be just like us? i want the president to be an extraordinary person. i want my kids to be that way too. bottom of his class in high school and naval academy, mccain. 6 years to get a BA in journalism, palin. how is that good to lead the "greatest" country in the world?? we keep electing beer buddies and we keep sinking farther behind china, japan, india and russia.
i'm lower middle class and though i don't think obama is elitist, why does he have to pretend to be dumber to get elected?

I caught the comment from Palin in her speech, as well as on the cover on the OK magazine above "a mothers painful choice" and during her speach Palin's quote was "I choice to have my child even though we knew it was going to be a special needs baby". I thought that she was PRO LIFE! The word CHOICE should never have been in her vocabulary!! That proves that she is PRO CHOICE!!!

Since when is having a first class brain combined with scholarships for Ivy League colleges and law schools something to be disdained as elitist? Thomas Jefferson founded the University of Virginia and John Adams attended Harvard. The only people who look down on people with a great education are those without one. There are lots of nice women from Middle America who are mothers and have gone on to succesful careers. Do we want a Vice President to whom we can relate or do we want someone extraordinary? John McCain's selection of Sarah Palin was purely political. I'd much rather have a qualified man than an unqualified woman.

McCain now wishes he didn't pick Palin. GOP is now failing.
