Murder/Suicide, he was murdered she committed suicide.

Although this is devastating for everyone involved on both sides, a neighbor said that Steve McNair was at the condo so much he thought he lived there. Also, how could he have taken a vacation with this girl and no one was suspicious. It sounds like he was gone a lot and a lot of the time overnight. You would have to be very naive not to know something was going on.
