How dare she....HOW DARE SHE.....My husband is over there in that God forsaken place and I am here alone taking care of our babies..all 3 of them mind you. I don't ever ask for anything of anyone just because my husband is doing his duty and she has the nerve to pull this. By the way I too am a veteran of the US Army. There are a lot of other questions that no one is asking.
1.) Is Priscilla Ceballos an American citizen born in this country.
2.) Are we paying to support her and her Family through any government programs that are payed with our tax dollars.
3.) How many other lies has she told to reap benefits that she and her family do not deserve.
4.) They mentioned she has a cousin who died while in the military, how much support did she give him while he served, and how much support has she given to the family members he left behind or was that just another ploy by her, her attorney and psychologist to be in the spot light.
5.) Our are tax dollars being spent to pay for her attorney and psychologist for a stressful situation she brought on her self. Priscilla Ceballos needs to take responsibility for her pitiful self.
6.) What liberties has she frauduantly taken advatage of that are protected by the service men and women she took advantage of?
7.) Has Priscilla Ceballos commited any crimes or perejured her self in any court hearings, traffic tickets,welfare, unemployment benefits, divorce proceedings, obtianing a drivers license, aquiring car insurance, housing subsistance, employment application, etc.
I was a fan of The Today show, but after seeing the interview with Priscilla Ceballos I will no longer watch this show. They are as sick and disgusting as she is to think this interview of Priscilla Ceballos was worth reporting. She undoubtedly meant to lie and deceive to win that contest. She should be prosecuted for fraud and made to spend her own money for her defense attorney. This is not an honest mistake, this is her honest attempt at deception using the lose of others loved ones that had sacrafised their lifes. Has Priscilla Ceballos not heard the song by Billy Ray Cyrus Some Gave all.Priscilla Ceballos will probably vote for Hillary Clinton hoping to get the bond that will allow her child to buy a house she hasn"t earned or deserves, while the tax payers that have earned everything they have are struggling to hold on to it. They say you are a product of your parents, I wonder who Priscilla Ceballos parents have deceived for monitory gain?

I am outraged to hear about this woman. The interview was a JOKE. No hard questions and certainly she was not put in a corner to have to admit that she is a FAKE LIAR. My husband is in Iraq and I think that this woman is an embarrassment to motherhood. What is she teaching that little girl? Lie all you want to get what you want.

She ought to be ASHAMED of what she did!! Our men and women dying over in there for her freedom is NOT a joke! And she should be doubly ashamed for trying to sugar coat what she did by saying that she was trying to write a compelling story and nothing is more compelling than our service members dying in Iraq. I seriously question her citizenship in this country and more importantly the lessons she is teaching her daughter. Perhaps she should be made to enlist and serve a year or so in Iraq to see exactly why people are so outraged by her actions. Stupid Hannah Montana tickets are nowhere near as important as our military members lives.

she must be getting a lot of hate mail from people cuz she had to move out of her house. i bet this will follow her for a few years and she is going to have to live with that, getting death threats, and hate mail. i dont think she deserves to be killed for this, but she should realize what the military does for our county, and who actually has a dad/husband die fighting for freedom.

I too was enraged about Priscilla Ceballo's actions, especially since my husband is currently in Iraq serving his third consecutive deployment, but I find it horrifying that there are people saying such hateful things about this woman. First of all to say that someone should be killed is crazy. What is also bothering me is that the race card is being played here. What? Because she is Hispanic suddenly she is an illegal alien, poor, on welfare and as someone said a "chula" because of her eye brows? That is so racist and you all should be ashamed of yourselves! Was I angered about he blatant lies? Yes, but the way people are acting being racist and sending her death threats is out of line! Get a life people!

Unfortunatly,the mother is correct in that the rules
did not state that the essay had to be true. Please do not get me wrong. I for one would not have allowed my daughter to write something like that. What distrubs me the most was her win at any cost attitude. She is basically teaching her daughter that if you want something bad enough
you can lie to get it. Also, the ugly language and death threats to this woman is very unbecoming.
I can think of many other crimes that are more deserving of death threats.

I agree with one of the other bloggers in questioning her legal ststus as a U.S. citizen. It would not surprise anyone if she is here illegally. All of the illegal aliens have no respect for America. They commit crimes everyday to stay here. They have their hands out for every welfare program they can get on. They falsify every document they sign from lying to employers to lying to the DMV to get a driver license then driving with no insurance. So lying on an essay is not surprising at all. If however she is a legal U.S. citizen she is even more dispicable.

i agree with the way so many people feel on this story. this kind of lie is sad. but just for everyone to know, i found out she is a born american citizen. just because she is hispanic doesn't mean she is illegal. the majority of the people that cheat are americans, sad but true, what she did was wrong and she should pay for her mistakes.

no one is assuming she's poor and on welfare. she said herself that she doesn't have the means to give her child tickets to the hannah montana concert. she's 25, and her daughter is 6. she's made the the stuff about her husband because she's probably a single mother... possibly a teen mom at somepoint in her life. we shouldn't hate on her, we should pity her. send her a card and tell her to get a job instead of lying.

Regardless of what anyone else may have done, this incident in itself is what is being looked at not taxes or blowjobs. She lied to benefit from the sacrifices of others that have died. She is a shameless dog and should be held liable for any costs the legal system may incur. Also a good b*tch slap wouldnt hurt. And her heritage has nothing to do with this either.
