It could just be that because Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn Birkhead, his biological daughter were followed by paparazzi and he let them take their pics and w/out being paid. Trust thehollywoodgossip.com to make something negative out of something perfectly natural. You're just looking for a way to diss Birkhead. I've just read he was a former entertainment photographer. Paparazzi are everywhere and the person being chased or photographed can choose to yell, scream or fight or just let the paps take their pics and you go your way, they go theirs. You're all making such a big deal of this.
