Noah Cyrus shouldnt be aloud to wear things like this!!! She is a ten year old and when i was ten i didnt wear ANYTHING like this. I think her parents should be ashamed of themselves. Its not right to let little kids wear anything like this. Kids should be respected and she has so much makeup on!!! Its horible to let kids act like this. My respect for her mother and father just droped to the lowest level!!! Please never let your children dress like this. I think everyone will be thankfull.
