   noah is ugly to put it in kinder words she is plain unlike miley cyrus.eople only think she has looks becuse she is a celeb.in fact if she went 2 my school i'd just think she has parents who are de3sperate to make $$$ out of her.im not trying to be mean but that is the truth she is an everyday average kid.loads of boys have crushes on her but only because she is thier age and miley is not. my name is cutie and i am cute but noahs name sounds horrid and she is plain!!!:p

   ok guys if noha was not mileys sister i wonder what we would be saying. and yes she is very ugly, sorry if im being rude but its the truth. in fact she is one of the most ugliest celeb kids i have seen, again sorry if im being rude, and yes i have seen noha dress a bit inaproprriate for her age. like the time when she dressed in a short, tight dress, and gladiator boots for halloween in 2009, and the time when she wore a low tank top that showed of her pop up bra,and the time when she was rubbing her butt to a pole while dancing to the song, smack that. im sorry to put all of this online about here but i kinda fell sorry for her that her parents are making here were things that make her look older that her age., and you no what else when i was on line not so long ago i saw some commets that people posted on her halloween outfit. suprisingly some of the comments said she looked sexy, i was like what the hel. so if your reading this n as far as im concerned some people are acctualy takin

   you guys if you think noah cyrus is a slutt then i tottaly agree with you because if you go to noha cyrus 2009 holloween costume you will see she is wearing a tight short dress and knee high boots, im not kidding she really is. anyways im not being a perv of anything but if you go to one of her pics you can see she is wearing a pop up bra hanging out of her tank top.

   Why are people saying Noah dresses like a slut? she dresses like every other kid her age and Miley is not a slut or tramp or wateva.She is 18 and dumb parents say she dresses to grown up nd all? Shes 18 years old!! Every other 18 year old dresses like that or worse! So get a life and stop trying to ruin the Cyrus family's!
