The dress is relly pretty sure the dress is a little tiny bit revealing but she is just a teen who wants to stand out to be different then others and i think she fount it in that dress I love miley ctrus she is the person i look up to

Miley soo looks freaking great in that outfit and I agree that she just wants to stand out from the rest. She's growing up now! She's not a lil kid anymore that wears dresses that covers her whole body. Soon she'd outgrow Hannah Montana like Hilary outgrowing Lizzie McGuire :P If you guys could just give her a break, PLEASE!

She wants to stand out? How is she standing out when every other teen is doing the same thing she is doing? (Wearing revealing clothes). It would be more different for her to be more conservative with what she wears, but we all know that will not happen.

Good morning! Miley, How are you? What you gotta do with your borther? I think he crazy if he is... Your friend Emily has to stick together =:] Mitchel is kind of cute but he okay to keep the eye's on Jason.. You & Your father look perfect family, a greatest singer.. So everytime I watch your disney channel I notice Dolly Parton was good to your father.. I give her 100% & one for you Miley. "Your are the best" Just let your know my birthday is almost their til 22 of July. because like it or not I'm going to 44th on Tuesday. I'm at Cooperstown, N.Y. But I have to work on my birthday at the Bassett Reseach Institute Lab. 5th floor. so am doing a dishes just like doing the house. it's litter bite different to do the job. My job to keep up with it =:] In morning I walk to work every Monday through Friday at 9:25 a.m. & I went home for lunch at noon so that is my free lunch =:] I have 3 cat's 2 girl's, 1 boy.. after lunch I went back to work, doing the kniffy knitter kit loom, Later I went home til 3:30p.m. sometime I feel tried but my baby Tissue he a kitten the reason why I gave him that name because he was soft, white, his birthday is this Tuesday 15th he will be 3 yrs. old beside he not that old. he only a baby! I also the baby too. I was born 1964. My parent's live in Bucksland Dr. Ooltewah,T.N. So anyhow I haven't decide what I wanted to do on my birthday? I could it stayed home right after done my work. My baby Tissue gave me a massager on my both leg's, my foot because their both tried out all day. Miley tell your father if he can build me a house, I can show him where I wanted if you feel coverable to go with him to met me in Cooperstown, N.Y. Right now it's very hot summer. If your father has tough guy's to work with him or not. Ask him if he ever build somebody new home? It's okay! I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Miley, I can't belive it I just turn 44 last night. So next year I wish I could invite you, your father Billy Ray Cyrus if he would like to go. Ask him if been N.Y. but you just have to go a Cooperstown, N.Y. to see everywhere in town. don't be afraid, Billy do you like baseball filed? we got it, I'll take you their but we have to walk, looking, see the history. Miley it up to you if you want take your friend's with you. I think of you, Jonas brother's doing great, kept up, good work..
