   okay how come in both pictures which are obviously in the same outfit and time, one picture is pointing at her underwear, and ones of her NOT wearing underwear? like really, you know they photoshoped this. and if you didnt realize that, your dumb. miley just loves being herself, and isnt fake. so stop critisizing her

   to all the gits who are saying this image has been photoshopped - if you look at the so called protruding hip on the left, you will notice that it is actually not her hip at all... the dress is just draping and falling away from her body due to way she is exiting the car. If you look at the picture with that in mind, you can see how her legs do actually work like that... why is everyone's first reaction to say something has been photoshopped???

   It's funny how people are blaming Miley for getting out of a car but they are not blaming a grown adult male for posting the picture regardless of how she got out of the car she shouldn't be penalized for it.

   First of all she needs to grow up! LOOK at what she is wearing crawling out of a car or jumping what ever you want to call it IN A DRESS HELLO? You hike up your skirt in broad daylight you gonna give every one a freak show HELLO? For people who are not famous we can do it and hope no one on the street saw it. But COME ON she knows she is being followed. Now she screams I am no slut? Miley, Miley, Miley, if you are wearing outfits on stage with your ass cheeks hanging out, climb out of a vehicle in public for God and everybody to see your whoohooo what do you expect! She has no problem with exposing herself on stage and well as you can see from the photo to people on the street either. So why is she boo-hoo'ing now? She has been in the public eye long enough to know that this is going to happen. She is just another Lindsay and Brittney...."YAWN" This Hollywood drama queen crap is getting old.

    HELLO PEOPLE! Miley is only mad because her and her family aren't making any money from this photo! If she was raised right she would no how to get out of a car without showing her stuff off. It's Miley she likes the attention. Has anyone seen her video', her performances on TV, her photo shots. She can say no to all the nasty ways they make her dance and the clothes she does/doesn't wear. A mother of a young girl (11)I can't even let her watch her performances (Dancing w/Stars). Put some clothes on and stop grinding up against 40 something year old men! That was the most disgusting thing I have seen! Gay or not gay! Her parents should be ashamed!!!!!! Perez I hope you have learned your lesson in trying to educate a young girl on how to properly get out of a car! Something her parents & ALL the people she has working for her should have taught her by now.
