   She's eighteen years old. She can where what she wants. I don't think you could even where that dress with a bra anyways. But, even if you could there is no reason to say she can't be a role model. People make mistakes and people change but sometimes you have to accept them for who they are. Miley looks stunning in this dress. It seems like all people want to do these says is hate on people. I think it's just jealously. Keep doing what your doing Miley. Your true fans will always be here for you.
