Miley is a teenage girl, i have done that with close friends share lolly, kiss on the cheek its human ok! nothing bad about it STOP FREAKIN BAGGING THE POOR GIRL OUT!! nothing against the law, just because she is famous doesnt mean she isnt human so stop treating her like its bad! maybe start opening your eyes and see all the other 15 yr olds, they do the same thing these days! if she wasnt famous you wouldnt care!
