seriously. this needs to stop. she's not naked, it's not like all her business is hanging out everywhere it's her back. there are dresses that you can buy that show more than that. it's not slutty, it's not skanky, and it's not racy. it's a picture for crying out loud. our society has some serious issues if every time they see skin on a young celebrity they automatically think oh sex scandal!

Her photos were not meant in a sexual way what so ever. If you have seen the photographers art before you would notice that a lot of her pictures taken were completely nude. This is not a big deal at all. I think it was very brave of Miley to do it. I would have done it. plus, it's not even her whole body!! If the media would put half there attention in MEANINGFUL priorities we could actually make a difference. Let this be Miley's business. Stop judging Miley, she's only 15 and is probably under a lot of stress with the media on her ass. I'm proud of Miley and honestly think she has nothing to apologies for.

I agree on alot of comments posted but want to add my opinion on one thing even though she is covered the photos are very provocative for a 15 year old child and therefore are very inappropriate just think all of you parents who have a young teen daughter if photos of your daughter in provocative situations was released to the public what would you say or do dont say you would be ok with it cause no parent would or ever should be because they are children in adult pictures
