Ok to the comments made by Emily...Please learn how to write...you sound like a little girl and you probably are, which reminds me that you shouldn't even be using that foul language...you know not of her...you really should grow up and watch what you say...you do not sound at all intelligent...I don't even think your mother should allow you to be looking at sites where nude content might be, even if there is not..anyway...your parents really should be more active and discipline you as they should..my daughter is only 3 at this point and in no way when she is in middle school will she be able to comment on something of this nature..its called blocking sites for children...

Yeah, she's naked under the sheet. Key word: "UNDER" the sheet. So you can't see anything, because theres a sheet there. You people are dumb.
If she was wearing a dress, she would be naked under the dress, but I'm sure no one would care. If your sister was wearing a shirt, she would be naked under the shirt. But no one would care. If anyone was wearing any type of clothing, they would be naked under the clothes, but no one would care. So whats the big deal about wearing a sheet?

Ok so I'm not all up on this whole Hollywood gossip craze, but I stumbled across this on YouTube. What's the matter with you lot? That photo is nothing. OOOOh she maybe naked under that sheet, but guess what, I'm naked while I post this... well I say naked, I'm naked under all my clothes.
I'm no fan of Miley in any way pertaining to her career, however you can't see anything, she's a beautiful person in appearance, personality and she has good morals. I see nothing wrong with this pic at all. Just remember that most fashion models on the catwalk that weart all kinds of revealing gear start younger than that! Besides what evidence do you have that shes naked under that? Who out of you actually lifted that sheet to check? Shes probably wearing underwear and stick-stick on cups.
