Here's the difference, it's NOT a dress or a bikini. It's a sheet. A piece of cloth. If it moves just a bit, BAM, there's little Miley on display. this is NOT okay. It's also VERY unneccessary. =|
Not material for little girls to look up to. For now, she's done nothing too bad, but she's on her way. If her parents aren't smarter, she will not stay "good" any longer.

If a kid sees Miley partially nude, s/he may grow up with a distortion inherited from her mentor. Let's pray for Ms. Miley. She has made many positive contributions.
