Ok. I do not know Miley but I have those same shoes, I wore them on Easter. They sunk into the grass and I made that same expression of looking down and frowning. It is common. I have also been drunk, someone held on to me the WHOLE way to the car. In this picture her mom is walking behind her trying to catch her, not leading her. She isn't drunk

Ugh, you can't just ASSUME people are drunk.
Celeb's always get pictures of their bad side taken. Bad sides that make them look like their doing something bad, or are drunk.
