   She's not like that. She is simply having fun and just goofin' around. It's a free country. She's only 16 yrs. old, and trying to get some freedom without have the poper. there taking pictures of her every move. Then trying no to have people make bad comments about her actions. Wut does that tell you. She's trying to have some privacy but then who ever took a pic. of her like that must of said that "I'm not going to post. online". Then posted it online so everyone could see it and make bad comments about her. Saying that she's a slut. She's not a slut. Come on try and remember when U were 16 I know I do. It was just last year and I'm 17 now. I have clothes like that and ppl. don't call me a slut. Do U want to know Y? It would offend me very much just like Miley. Go into her shoes or just dream being her and have ppl take pics. of you, having to go to concerts, autographs, appointments, practicing singing and more. She has a busy life and just want's some time to herself.
