She has long legs and beautiful eyes, at her age it is normal to dress like an adult, then as an adult past 35, she will most likely try to look younger, that is normal behavior in our society.

Most girls dress way worse than. People need to grow up just because it's Miley. I know she's a role model and all, but it's not like she's out doing drugs or being a prostitute in real life. Most girls at 17 dress like this, or even worse.

I think she looks GREAT not a big fan of Miley but it looks so amazing on her!!!Ook yea she is only 16 but have you seen a homecoming some girls wear shorter dresses than that!
