It probably a phony picture. He was already dead, so the picture if it is real is of him already deceased.

How can htis be a pic of MJ dying when he was declared death before leavign his home?
Oh sorry, the paramedic ask the so call "doc" to declare MJ dead, but he refused to do so teling them to ahve the hospital to do so.. of course... he iddnt wnated to get any responsability in his wrong doings.
i mean, his killing.
What is wrogn with that pic is to pretned that he was still alive on it and make it loks like that. he was unconscious, with no heart beat for over 1 hour, and no breathing for over 1 hour..
You can only stay aliove without air for 10 minutes max. After that if ever conscious again you will be a vegetable all your life, and if over 15 minutes, you can never be brought back to life.

Trash tabloids like OK Magazine killed Micheal Jackson. Using the picture of a dying man to sell a bunch of stupid magazines is very low. The cover is disgusting and the person at OK Magazine who approved this picture for the cover is an igorant asshole. Why don't you out that on your cover loser!

Tabloids will be tabloids, even in Jackson's death. The hypocrisy of calling this a "tribute" while using that picture is awful. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope your style of "journalism" burns in hell.
