I guess Federline leaving Britney at home pregnant and with a baby for 2 years while he blew HER money partying, recording trash rap records, known substance abuser, he feel like a big man giving children to a man like that. Kaplan knows if Kevin gets more money, HE gets more money. This has nothing to do with the kids ... they are both leeches.
