Gaga is not trying to make the "best dressed" list. Gaga is having fun, which for her is being bizarre, different, and thought provoking. No one should be looking at her outfits as if they were chosen to impress the traditional red carpet critics.
I was at the after party and prior to entering the club she removed the headdress. The silver sequined dress by itself looked great on her and was quite sexy with see-through strips running down each side revealing her beautiful hip tattoo and lack of underwear.
