There are before photos showing Kim's butt which is much smaller (like flat!). The before photo is only about 5 or 6yrs old. Kim may deny having butt implants, however, she most likely had a brazilian butt lift which transfers fat from one body part to another.
Additionally, she has had a nose job. Look at her nose when she was younger & in the video, it also appears larger.
Be that as it may, she can fool some of the people-but not all of us.
