Given the problems she had with her last pregnancy, and the challenges that baby Josie continues to face, I really hope that Michelle is able to get *quality* care from a specialist -- I am not a doctor, but, reading what she went through last time, it seems to me that if she had been in a part of the country with advanced medical care, her condition would have been managed better and she wouldn't have had to have had medically induced premature delivery.
